Like evryone else same reason i dont recommend this scamers. When u win u will get tired of waiting the withdrawl to get approved witch may take 2-6 weeks but as many people are reporting this casino the owner its being smart now u dont even get a chance to win anymore at all ;

Here i am again. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. They will NOT pay your winnings. I requested £500 on the 15th october. They completed the payment on the 20th. Its now the 16th of November and the money still hasnt reached my account. Customer care keep saying the the relevant team is investigating it with the utmost urgency and they will update me as soon as any are availble. Thats been going on for a month now and still no updates. Its been escalated more than 20 time aswell. The email address they give you never replies and they do nothing but lie in the hopes you give up. I would give them minus stars if I could. I urge whoever you are. Start sharing your experience with them as far and in as most places as you can so we can help any other innocent people getting cheated out of there money.

Im surprised this company even reach a 1.5 score to be honest! Id give 0 if I could.Do yourself a favour and stay away as you will have to fight tooth & nail to get any withdrawal from this company. Im over a week waiting now with one reviewer suggesting he waited 3 weeks.They keep cancelling the withdrawal and putting it back in your account and on chat they use every excuse under the sun and promise your money will be paid. My withdrawal request got declined due to an issue with the bank. Course there was no issue with the bank and customer service does not want to speak with me and blocked me from using the 24 hour helpline. Do not waste your time and money will update pending payment.

Withdrawal times are absurdly long and it gets really frustrating getting into those chats with totally not ais that sub in real people when things actually get complicated. Additionally their website takes up 1+ gig memory usage and even crashed my computer. They are most definitely doing hidden crypto mining or some data harvesting/tracking. In no world should a gambling site be using that much memory. PLEASE STAY OFF THIS SITE.
