They stole my money

I have been a loyal customer at VegasCrestCasino for about 9 years with no problems until 10/03/25 thats when I started a $770 withdrawal using Bank wire transfer that I have used before and it still took two months I finally received it this time its deferent I still have $1900 in my account after tons of excuses by email they locked me out of my account and stopped answering my emails all together I cant even log into my the casino all I get is the casino is closed for maintenance anteal further notice so there keeping my $770 and $1900 so people be damn careful

Recently I have accidentally overbid some bets (more thanwas allowed wagering bonus) however casino decided just to warn and withdraw my winnings.ConsThere were some difficulties registering withdrawal timeframe is not the best and withdrawal fee is a little bit high. vegascrest does not send withdrawls

I have played at Vegascrest for some time now but after they changed their format and games they do not pay out withdraws like they used to. Before the payout was slow but not like now. i made a withdraw on september 30 and it was approved. Now it is October 31 and still has not been sent. i contacted them and they said it was their processor but their processor does not seem to have a problem taking my money. SO MY QUESTION IS AM I GOING TO GET MY PAYOUT? THIS YEAR?

Are not paying out. Have had a withdraw pending for weeks. Vegas Crest was probably the best online casino for USA players a few years ago. They were honest and efficient. Now they seem to be no better than the infamous Virtual Group of casinos. Were they bought out?

Never again!

I didnt imagine or believe slow payment or KYC circus shows will happen to me after reading the reviews. But Vegas Crest took a slow payout to an absolutely horrendous experience for a $110 withdrawal. After two weeks provided all required documentation and requested and submitted payouts and still they havent released my payout. OMG - they are stealing my money! Just imagine if I deposited my normal bankroll amount in the thousands. Likely my sixth sense told me to test out the site with a small amount to see if the site is a scam test out the site and withdraw the money. Low table limits and deposits.Charged $10 to withdraw via crypto.$100 limits to withdraw.The site plays dumb and stupid trying to steal my money when trying to withdraw. Worst casino ever and never again should YOU and I go through this experience this hell!
