Live support that doesnt exist and fast payouts means that they are only processed after 24 hours.
I received an email with a bonus offer that is activated by an employee. Now I have made a deposit but the employees in the so-called “live chat” lol?? Ive been trying to reach someone for about 7 hours but either I get disconnected or all the employees are busy. Although I tend to think that there is only one support person there who has to take care of all the inquiries for this casino group. Or maybe they cant get their hands out of their pockets because they always do that at home first. Its frustrating. This OC is NOT recommended. People play somewhere else!
