I won some money and I logged out of it and it’s not letting me back in it’s just keeps saying wrong details

Very poor customer service

Good selection of games and decent interface layout.The games interface full screen mode is poor though its just not proper full screen mode.Also the customer support live chat is non existent with it just being a automated bot. Also they take so long to answer your emails and this can be very annoying and frustrating.This site needs to improve drastically.
