UPDATE!Finally after 10 days of waiting I received all my funds. They do pay out but it takes a long time. Attention: account fully verified so that’s not the issue. YET I still received only one payment. Which I’m thankful for. But pay attention:Waiting since march 9 for two withdrawls of €5000 and €1025 Since March 9 I have been attempting to withdraw amounts of €5000 and €1025. Each time these transactions have been cancelled due to so-called “technical reasons” and I have been instructed to resubmit my requests. This has now occurred two times. As a result I have been waiting for over 7 days without receiving my funds.This situation is unacceptable. I have complied with all requirements and I am entitled to the funds I have rightfully won. My patience has now been exhausted. You asked me to be patience to be understanding but I am now exhausted. E-Mails and live chats are useless trust me I’ve tried to solve this with them but they just don’t care and give the same AI standard messages. I have proof and screenshots of every contact moment I had with them. One of the standard answers is:“ We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request is currently being processed. All withdrawal requests are handled in the order in which they are received ensuring that each transaction is reviewed carefully and processed securely according to our internal procedures.We sincerely appreciate your patience during this time as it allows us to manage each request with the attention and precision it requires. Rest assured that your withdrawal is progressing through the standard review process and any updates or relevant information will be communicated to you promptly via email. “Trust me this is the only answer they give. I hope that they will read this and take this as a high priority case en de-escalate this case immediately. I hereby demand that both outstanding payments be processed and transferred to me immediately.Please treat this matter with the urgency it requires. I expect a prompt resolution.Will i receive my funds today? I will delete my negative review and give a positive one.

After submitting everything the support team confirmed that my account was successfully verified.Despite this my withdrawal has remained pending/processing for several days.During this time I contacted support multiple times via chat and email. I even received calls from managers. However the explanations have been inconsistent:• first I was told withdrawals take up to 48 hours • then I was told there was a technical issue with the payment processor • later the support simply asked me to wait again because the finance department is reviewing the caseI understand that withdrawals can require verification checks but once an account is fully verified there should be a clear and respected timeframe for payment.At the moment my experience with TrueLuck has been disappointing due to:• very long withdrawal processing time • inconsistent explanations from support • no clear timeline for the payoutIf the issue is not resolved soon I may have to escalate the case through official complaint platforms such as AskGamblers or other casino dispute services.I sincerely hope this will not be necessary and that the withdrawal will be processed shortly. When trying to log in despite the fact that my account was previously verified and a withdrawal was already processed successfully.This situation is extremely concerning. The casino allowed me to register deposit play complete full KYC verification and even process a withdrawal — but now blocks access when I attempt to withdraw the remaining funds.I have now filed a formal complaint with AskGamblers regarding this issue.I hope TrueLuck will resolve this situation quickly. UPDATE: 19/03/2026During the AskGamblers complaint TrueLuck initially stated that my balance was 0.After escalation they confirmed that the remaining 1200 EUR would be refunded.This contradiction is concerning but the issue is now being addressed.I am currently waiting for the payment to be processed.UPDATE: 20/03/2026As of now I still have not received the 1200 EUR refund and no confirmation that the transaction has been processed.I have requested proof of payment (such as a transaction confirmation or ARN) in order to track the funds with my bank.I am waiting for the payment to be completed and will update this review once the funds are received.
