The rulers of this game are racist. There are rules but the rules are not for everyone. The game also has an unbelievable impact on your social life. You cannot play and enjoy if you are not almost 24/7 active. As someone who played the game very actively i can tell every person who is reading this that this game is the last game you want to play. Do not waste your precious time on a game where rules are only for regular players and where they want only your money! There are much better options then this stupid game.

Paid account banned without proof support hides behind templates

I have been playing Travian on and off since the early Russian speed servers (around 2006). On the current Europe 50 server I decided to support the game again and spent real money on gold.My account “Orni” was suddenly frozen and then punished for “scripts and bots”. No concrete evidence no clear explanation – only a generic message that I allegedly used third-party tools and that the ban is “final and justified”.I explicitly asked support to show at least something specific: suspicious actions log entries timestamps – anything that would prove that I actually used illegal software. Instead I only received copy-paste answers about “confidential detection mechanisms” and “we cannot disclose details”.They then asked me to record a video showing how I play and send attacks manually. I did exactly what they requested: recorded a video uploaded it and sent it to them. After that they replied with the same template again and repeated that the punishment was confirmed and would not be changed. It really feels like nobody even watched the video.As a result I have:– money spent on gold;– a punished account that is effectively removed from normal competition on the server;– zero transparency about what I supposedly did wrong;– no real possibility to defend myself because the company refuses to present any facts.From a paying customer’s point of view this looks like a very unsafe system: you can invest time and money and at any moment an automatic system or an anonymous “specialist” can flag you and you simply lose access without proof.I fully support fair play and action against real bots and cheaters. But in my case Travian’s policy does not look like fair moderation. It looks like: “we banned you we won’t show why just accept it or leave”.Because of this experience I do not feel comfortable spending any more money on Travian or recommending it to anyone. Until the ban system becomes transparent and players can actually see what they are accused of I’d warn others to think twice before investing time and money into this game.

This is now gold dominated game nothing like strategy realtime works now. They are making hero unwanted strong for no reason.

Support - 0!!!

A game in which many players pay 500 or more euros per server and they are not able to pay the support team... They cant solve anything they answer messages 24 hours a day they dont update the rules on the forum when they ban they never send proof... arrogance and rudeness... just give them more and more money

DISGRACE

Travian company is a joke! Support = trash. They are changing rules and not writing about it in public / informing Users. Then they deny requests because Rules were changed last week and sorry we did not have time to update our policies online. Wont be paying this company even 1 cent more for that bunch of bozos. DISGRACE

I destroyed the guy right next to me…

I destroyed the guy right next to me with a catapult from morning till night. The guy constantly upgraded his barn and barracks from level zero to level 10 and did this many times. I killed all his soldiers and he suddenly brought out dozens of soldiers. He did these things even though I destroyed his marketer raw material warehouse and everything else. I complained support team many times and they didnt take any precautions. They close their eyes to bot/script users multi accounts if they are using golds.

Money first

Good strategic game but like everything else money comes first. There are many cheaters creating hundreds of accounts and a few wealthy players who dont mind spending 300 to 1000 euros on the game. These two factors create irregularities and imbalances within the game

Game is ok but managers are out of this world

While the game is okay they have decided to fire all community managers. Soon there will be no support for the game except for some AI bots and a few people who don’t care about it at all.

This game and support horrible I got banned becouse one of guy attacked me and lose the fight lose the army hi reported me on support becouse I asked him why attack support banned me . I spend 80 $ around such a wast of money . Don`t start that game only if you happy to lose your life and money for nothing!!!

Its a great game but I hate the course they have had for a few years with gold and advantages. Paying gives you an advantage in the game and thats unfair no matter how you look at it.

Game lags often and isnt fun anymore

Game lags often and is in constant need of approval for cookies. The director explained they went trough difficulties but are unable to solve it after years of same problems.I believed in it and was disappointed over and over.(Believe me as a top 20player on different servers)

Cheaters cheat all day long on Travian

Cheaters cheat all day long on Travian but minor violations by ayers who arent trying to cheat get punished harshly. They are too bad at administering the game to go after real cheaters so they go after unintended rule violations. And the game is all about building and soothing money not actual alliance and player battles. Find a better game is my advice.

Banned and Confused

I got banned for having a building bot on day three - even though i was using vanilla Google Chrome with no scripts. Instantly permanently banned on review they punished my account (retracted the ban). Once i queried why i was being punished i received 3 different reasons from 3 different customer service agents..... its almost like a person made a decision to ban me with no evidence. Someone else came along and said thats not right so punished my account. Then someone else came along and did nothing but justify the two previous incorrect choices. I do not understand the system here

Travian big scam

I have played Travian for many years never had a problem with them now suddenly after I bought some gold the same day. I got banned. They refuse to give me any proof just I used a 3rd party login that I never did I have just sign in as always. They have extremely punished my account. I am way behind like 2 weeks work down the drain.Sadly I must say this is my last Travian because of this. I feel they just makeup rules and apply them as they feel and dont give proof at all.Big Scammers.

Spent a lot of money and dont care about customers

Spent more than 150€ in this game and customer service tell me we cant transfer your last golds in your new server. its the same domain and cant ??? what? im so upset against this game and i wont buy anything else and i will make bad reputation for you if you dont fix this problem.
