Links go to a 404 error and CS is useless
Alot of links end in 404 error page not found. I have encountered 3 so far on all different sections of the toto casino site aswell as on winnit. The player behavior algorithm as their customer support likes to call it excluded me from receiving bonusses after i had unknowingly set and hit my daily session limit to 2 hours after sign up. There isnt any information whatsoever to find for you that tells you what happens if you hit it so i didnt really payed attention expecting to be logged out. Sadly ive been bonus blocked for 1.5 months as i write this with no idea wether it will ever even come back. Also something CS was able to tell me besides keeping me in the dark. I started playing online with TOTO because it is a familiar name. I expected more of them sadly dissapointed.Theres alot of better providers out there that have their stuff sorted properly instead of this shitshow so i recommend you hardskip TOTO and go to the proper places. 🙃

They have no customer service
They have no customer service. The link on their website is fake like all the games. The live chat closes on its own after several attempts without any notification. I was in the middle of the game and got 5 free spins (bonus) with all symbols at the highest upgrade and then the app closed. When I reopened the game the bonus was gone. I know someone will say Were sorry please contact our customer service but there’s nobody there.
