Simon the man in control of the GUKPT poker tournaments is a disgrace to the name of Poker after you read what happened to me you will understand.He is a rude angry arrogant and incompetent individual carrying out a role clearly not suited to him as he has no clue and makes his own rules as when he chooses and pleases. Simon get a job you know as you haven’t got a clue on rulings in live Poker tournaments. Today 18-07-2025 As I was playing the GUKPT  £250000 NPL guaranteed poker tournament with a entry fee of £1100 + £150 at the Vic casino poker room My tournament was suddenly tarnished with a ridiculous outrageous and made up ruling by Simon the poker tournament floor man. Whilst I was heads up in a hand of no limit holdem in tournament mentioned above on the turn card my opponent made a bet of 2500 in chips which left him with less than 15000 chips behind and at this point in hand there was less than 5000 chips in pot. I then said ‘’36’’ whilst putting in 3600 chips in pot and the dealer stopped the hand at this point and called floor and then Simon turned up and looked at me with disdain with his arrogant and rude manner and the dealer explained to Simon exactly what I mentioned above word for word and Simon’s ruling was that I now had to put in 36000 chips in the middle. I then said to Simon that my opponent don’t even have more than 15000 in chips so why would I consider putting 36000 in if I made a mistake then it should count as a call bet and at the very worst a minimum raise to 5000 chips but because I didn’t say raise and I only said ‘36’ when putting in 3600 in chips then the ruling should be considered just a call in this case.Simon said that his decision is final and I had to put in 36000 of my chips in middle. Whilst everyone on my table and rounding tables looked on in disbelief. My chips then were robbed off me by Simon and simply gifted to my opponent.I then got up and spoke with poker room manager and explained what had happened and he said that this is the house rules.I then explained to poker manager that this is a made up rule as I have researched extensively and this is what I found below. Please read correct ruling below summary after I carried out extensive research regarding matter.In summary: Since you declared 36 after putting in 3600 the ruling would be that you made a call of 2500 not a raise. You would not be required to put an additional 36000 into the pot.I would also like to add that I was in a separate tournament two days before and I was busting to go toilet and the moment I stood up I saw there was one more opponent to act before me and the moment they folded their hand I attempted to walk away from table to go toilet and I was rudely stopped by Simon and he just put his big 6ft 5 inch body in front of me like I assume a secret service agent protecting a president will do then he says abruptly with a mean look on his face when I returned back from toilet I will have a two hand ban as I stood up before the cards were folded. So this person Simon has clearly showed he has a personal issue with me for some reason and now has ruined my tournament experience mentioned above.Before I left the club I also spoke with a very nice well mannered manager of the Casino called Ed and I left my membership card with him saying I will never return to this club and explained the situation. He then said that the top poker manager will look into this and get back to me.I will also like to add that after a 15 million pound refurbishment in the club the toilets are always dirty and not maintained there is no water that comes out from basins in men’s bathroom the poker chips are filthy and sticky and the poker tables have dirt on them and hairs and after playing a few hands you need to disinfect your hands but it’s impossible as you can barely get any water out from basins taps. I would of expected them to take time out to clean poker tables poker chips bathrooms regularly but all they care about is taking your money and some dealers and managers in poker room are rude and arrogant.

Making this post because the reviews don’t feel too fair I play the same game on every site and the volatility of the game is pretty high and this site is the only one to pay out on the top bonus The withdrawal was in my accounts 15 seconds after approvalThe approval took a little while but chatted to Heather in support and she was great! Fast efficient and made sure it was processed. I see a lot of reviews saying after initial win you won’t win again so I’ll update in a week or two But so far so good !

This site needs investigation. AVOID AVOID AVOIDAbsolute joke. Play with low bets and high bets either way the ratio to win is low. Odd random win after around a £200 balance after huge deposits the games die consistently.
