BEWARE.. THEY DONT PAY!!

Well.. STILL no redemption from Sept 20 and October 4 but they claim they do pay. ( LOL). I’m one of many that got scammed from this place so BEWARE to anyone thinking about depositing. They must need the money more than the members who actually won it. I’m following the advice of a few other reviewers and filing a suit. This scam place NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN!! There is NO WAY they have a legitimate 3.4 rating. Guess that’s where all the money from the winners they claim are “still active in the queue” is going. Gotta pay the reviewers!

Updated on my redemption since 9/29/25 . Still pending and whenever I reach out I get the same response . They said it could take up to 90 business days and it’s been more than 116 business days . I’d recommend doing more research and have an open mind about how long to redeem your winnings if you do play in money factory

Good luck trying to redeem. Been sitting at pending since 1/04/26 and when you contact them they send the same generic scripted response. Customer service cannot answer your redemption questions only management. This feels very odd to me. Why can’t a customer service rep answer this? When a manager contacts you it’s only to say “we are backed up and it may take up to 90 days.” This tells me two things: 1. They don’t have the funds to pay you. 2. They will intentionally push the 90 days to withdraw. As soon as I’m able to get my money in deleting my account. I encourage you to play anywhere else. Same day or within 3 days on almost every other site. Play anywhere but here.

Most Horrible Customer Service Lost and 8+ Month Wait STILL NO Redemption Received

Im just confused on how they are still in business. I have a redemption still pending from 9/20/2025! Its been WELL beyond the 90 business days that they like to stress when you reach out. I have gone to their customer service chat repeatedly month to month only to be given the same copy/paste bot answer customer service chat doesnt handle redemptions your request has been forwarded to a supervisor. You will get an update via email or chat and of course that NEVER happens. Ive emailed support directly since the chat seems to be useless only to either never receive an answer OR receive a blanket answer about their wait time policy and to be told to remain polite. What is that? I along with most customers have done nothing but be polite patient and just want our redemptions. Im at the point where now its time to involve the legal route because this is absolutely ridiculous. I work with many social casinos and this is unacceptable. Its not the norm or even the exception. This is just wrong. I wanted to like them initially but this is beyond unacceptable and entering scam territory. If I EVER receive my redemption I will update. But at this point im considering it a lost cause. This is exactlt gives social casinos a bad name.

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a social casino. I have encountered casinos where if you didn’t buy a package and you cashed out they would only give you $25. In my opinion that is better than this experience. I played with my $10 birthday money (previously I bought packages) I got up to $137 and I cashed it out on January 8. I still have not received anything and it has been over the 90 days they say it can take up to in order to receive. I will never again spend my hard earned money on this social casino casino unless they can find a way to make it right.

The Money Factory is a scam run by A known professional poker player and scammer If you were denied a cashout or banned wrongfully go to reddit and look for my post about an upcoming class action lawsuit against This known scammer.

Over a half a year now and no payment.

Over 6 months now and no payment. I would like to thank them for teaching a lesson to read trustpilot reviews before playing at an online casino. They scammed for $200 but thankfully it was off a $7.99 bundle. I am sorry to everyone who lost more to these scammers.

Horrible experience. Games lag and no wins on multiple games. Save your money and your personal information. I would like to know why this site needed my full social security number? This makes me extremely concerned as well as highly disagree.

Got 35 in chips played 6 or 7 different games and every single one was cold as ice. Youd do much better anywhere but here.

Been over a month for my redemption and they tell me it can take up to 90 days when I ask… this is not standard and very shady practice I recommend everyone that is experiencing this which is a ton of people to report them on report fraud website

11th review Now over 115 Business days with no payment and no explanation of where my redemption payment is at in their Que. All im told is its been escalated and it with the redemption team ive asked 15-20 times via email how am i able to contact the redemption team and my questions gets ignored every time.i would think if a redemption is currently in a Que. they should be able to tell me where exactly its at and also how many redemption are waiting to be processed before mine.

This is my third review of The Money Factory. The first two reveiws were about how long it takes to get paid. After both reviews TMF reached out and told me I may have to wait up to 90 business days to get my money. Well it is now past 90 days and I still have no money. The 90 day policy is ridiculous enough- but it appears they do not even want to abide by that.
