Please listen to me. I am a UK resident. I deposited £30 and when I tried to play slots every provider didn’t work. Message every time saying ‘’Gameplay not available in your country’’ No live chat which is a joke. Sent 3 emails with no reply so they have basically stolen my money.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

They are not regulated or licensed to take peoples money in the UK but they mask payments by using different crypto and company merchants to take deposits & illegally take money. What they are doing is illegal and I’m warning everyone to stay away from them. They don’t respond to emails I’ve asked them for a SAR request. No response. They are in breach of there own terms and conditions listed on there site. Please everyone make sure you stay away from them. They are illegally taking money and I’m looking to get this resolved via my bank as the highroller are unresponsive. Hopefully this helps people before they decide to deposit with thehighroller. AVOID

Blocked on playing slot games. Was playing quite happily then just got blocked from slots after depositing. Dont no why. No live chat to ask. Very weird site. Do not recommend.Trying to self exclude but not having any luck. Very bad site.
