SCAM!!!!Company just stealing peoples money at this point. It’s been 8 months and I have yet to receive my redemption. It’s literally a scam!!! DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE. SCAM!!!

Put in a redemption request on November 17th 2025. It is now march 11th 2026 and still waiting. The Terms and conditions state up to 90 days OR longer if your redemption is $5000 or more…. My redemption request is $119. But that hasn’t stopped them from referring to their “or more than 90 days” multiple times and leaving out the part that states that is only if it is beyond $5000 request.

No payment and bad customer service New management is definitely in order for this company

I think whoever’s running in this company needs to step down and put somebody competent up to the plate that can take care of their customers and actually talk to them and not just hide behind the same responses that they always give continuously. New management is definitely in order in this company. Whoever is running it they obviously don’t know how to run it or it wouldn’t be like this. Just use caution if you put any money up and just know if you win you can wait 6+ months and even longer. It takes all the fun out of winning and it’s just very stressful.

REPORT TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

Guys we NEED to REPORT the money factory to the better business bureau. They need to get shut down ASAP. why keep these scammers in business ? Been 81 days since I withdrew and I know its supposed to be 90 days but I see people taking 7+ months to receive payment so Im not holding my breathe. now over 110 Business days with no payment and no explanation of where my redemption payment is at in their Que. i would think if a redemption is currently in a Que. they would at the very least be able to tell me where exactly its at and also how many redemption are waiting to be processed before mine.

Very Long Redemption Times

This site has extremely long redemption times. I redeemed $9000 in October 9th 2025 and still haven’t received my redemption even though I’m past the 90 business day window stated in their policy. If you’re a new player looking for an online casino please don’t choose The Money Factory.

I went back and started playing again and won 700.00 February 1 and by reading all the reviews on here now i just say Wowi something big is going on with this place because they used to pay in 3or 4 business days this is ridiculous the way it looks we might not never get our winnings for real I really liked their games but I surely cannot deposit after all this ..people cant be playing their games knowing that it could take forever to get the winnings. Still no redemption from 9-20 and 10-4. They claim they pay but it’s been way over 90 business days and still nothing. 8 days short of 6 months since the original redeem. I understand weekends and holidays but it’s still longer than the redemption rules. Not looking good!

90 business days OR LONGER redemption policy

I requested a redemption of around $500.00 on 9/21/2025 almost 6 months ago as I write this. I still have not received my money. First support told me that in some cases redemptions could take 90 business days or longer according to their terms of service. I waited patiently for 90 business days but that passed more than a month ago. They have provided no explanation which makes me wonder whether they have the money to pay the redemptions that they owe. Im getting the sense that by or longer they mean or never

Just try to redeem. Not gonna happen. If you tell them a provider is corrupt they ban your account. Do not trust them. Very shady theres a reason they have bad reviews. Ripped me off for 100 Would not redeem.

Yes I loved the platform but not if I can’t redeem. I’m starting to think k no one has ever redeemed. I redeemed $250 in august 2025. It’s now March 2026 and still nothing. I kept getting email reply’s stating my redemption is still in the queue. I have never waited longer than a couple days for other platforms to have the redemption in my bank.

Updated review:I requested a withdrawal on 9/17/2025 for $100.20. Its now 3/10/2026 and Its still in pending status. I do not recommend using them. Themoneyfactory is not a good casino company. They cannot prove that they pay out and until I receive my money I will continue to believe that they take peoples money but they dont pay out. Its been very misleading from the start with terms and conditions changing and then not addressing the reasons for my waiting. Nothing that they are doing makes any sense. The reasons that they give do not justify the awful waiting. There are other casino websites that have way more people that use their sites and yet they can pay out in a week. I am now way beyond the 90 business days. I do not have an explanation from them as to why its taking so long. All this seems no different than a scam. I feel scammed. I feel they were so quick to happily take my money but they refuse to pay out. If they gave me some type of indication of when I will get my money I wouldnt feel that way. But they took my money and I feel like my money was stolen because they misrepresented. I have yet to see people get their money. Every review website that I find including Reddit slams them for the payout speeds and some people havent even gotten paid. I just dont know how they can continue doing this thinking that its okay not to provide updates along the way or at the very least have a better process on how they operate. Just inexcusable.

Cant get your money out once you make a purchase and play.

The money user experience is great the platform is great for gaming.... BUT you can not get your money out. I have been waiting for MONTHS to get my redemption and theyve yet to pay me out. Im waiting on $300.00 and I continue to get the same message over and over again about how it can take 90 days to redeem. This feels fraudulent to me.

When I contacted them they said it would take a few days I contacted them and they said it would take maybe 14 days I contacted themAgain and they said 90 business days according to their “updated” terms. Its been 108 business days and I NEVER received my redemption. They tell you that you have to wait 90 business days to receive your redemption but I never received it. I tried several times to contact their so called customer service and the AI generated response say it cant help with redemptions but has passed on the information to their so called Management Team. Do not play on this site you wont receive your redemption even after their horrible 90 business days wait period. If I could I would post pictures of the actual responses I receive from them on here to prove that I never received mine.
