This company basically stole my deposit…

This company basically stole my deposit if £170 i made a genuine mistake by depositing with my phone bill and not being the main mobile phone account holder. Although I had full permission and explained that I wasnt aware of the rule they confiscated my money. At no time when you deposit via this method are there any pop ups that advise you of this and no checks prior to avoid customers losing money. There were other options less severe that they could have implemented but opted to take the harshest action which obviously benefitted them emmensley!! I would avoid this casino at all costs they are not customer friendly and are just not fair.

Would give 0 if I could. They let you play and spend money without verification but when it comes to withdrawing you have no chance. They have transfer as withdrawal method but rejected this and asked me to verify my OUT OF DATE card which is expired! I explained an they have asked for verification which I have provided and emailed a few times now and suddenly no reply and cant withdraw. There is a warning that after 30 days you run out of time and they are dragging it out so I wont be able to get mt money out. Customer service are shocking too they have no idea what you are saying and do not want to resolve it! I really believe the gambling comission should look into this company and how it is being run so may contact if others are willing too? Fake reviews about Quick Withdrawals

Do not believe any of the reviews that say the withdrawal process is quick and or smooth.They will put every barrier possible in the way to stop you withdrawing your funds to the point you will just give up. These are fake reviews and they will ask for the same information over and over again tell you they dont receive your information back. Your ID will pass verification and then they will say it needs to be done manually too. Bank statements phone bills ID you name it they have it.Please go onto the gambling commission and complain.
