There right on comments. Definitely thieves. You cant leave a review on the app store as they know it will be 1 star. I had the same problem. Ive bet more than 3000 euros on casino and they took on a breath without giving back anything. On another day same thing. There answer it is ..speechless. I can understand you take..half..but they take absolutely everything you put on...not rising you at all.

Dont install this app. On casino they will absolutely rape you. On 5000 euros nothing back. Stay away. Not letting you know how much you spend. And and on new laws definitely not winning at all. Scammers . Stay away. Go on other apps. Superbet are just taking your money as the laws let them to. They have no guidances and will tell you the same thing. I have tried everything on it. I deposited 100 RON from my own funds without any bonus. After a few spins on slot games my account balance increased to 350 RON. The account is marked as “verified” and the payment method is shown as accepted. However when attempting to withdraw the funds the request is rejected with a generic error message without any clear explanation of what condition has not been met.The deposit was processed instantly while the withdrawal is blocked despite the account being verified. There is no transparent information in the account or from customer support explaining why the withdrawal is not possible.

worst possible customer supportliterally you need to wait for 1 hour and not even then no one will be assigned to your chatBefore there was a queue feature to see how many are in front of you but they removed it so I think the long wait is not because high volume and just because they are irresponsible and invest 0 in customer support

I supposedly won the mini jackpot of 20 grand and then four more jackpots all total of 71000$ and they want me to send 89$ to cash out any of my winnings but the three times I tried to send the money the cashapp sent it back because they were fraudulent accounts! Fml straight piece of s#its!! Dont play their games you will never be able to cash the money out !!!
