STSBet wouldnt allow me to withdraw my money

By far the single scummiest bookmaker Ive encountered in my life!They were purposely withholding my money and making me take selfies holding documents then said the pictures werent clear enough. They asked for 10+ types of documents before they allowed me to withdraw my £1000.Whatever you do avoid these crooks like the plague!

Apparently they care about as a company amd fail to answer your questions. They like to withhold your withdrawals and Pauline likes to fine her opinion on things which is totally a loss of rubbish. Apparently I have out a lot in recently well I only joined yesterday and at the time of her email I had put 500 in amd withdrawn 375 wow I’ve really gone overboard. Customer service is terrible and I am happy to try and win amd let them keep the withdrawals😂😂😂 joke of a site amd terrible customer service especially Pauline

Terrible customer support

Everything goes well until you want to withdraw your winnings/money. Then even after verifying your account they just dont process the withdrawal randomly ask for more and more documents or say they withdrawal cannot be processed because of whatever reason. They just want to keep your money. Furthermore I received an email with a sports reload bonus with the typical conditions: deposit 50€ place a 50€ single bet and a 50€ bonus will be automatically added to your account. Well... guess what the bonus was never added automatically. I contacted them via the chat and they said there was a problem and they would fix it (surprise?) fast. After a few days I sent them an email informing them again that the bonus was not added to my account although I met the requirements for it asking them to add it manually. Once again they answered that the matter is under investigation and will be in touch with you in due course. It has been 10 days since then and I still did not receive the bonus. Stay away from this bookie. They just want your money and will not even fulfil their bonuses. Not recommended at all.
