ImI used my daily free sc to play and won 100.00. they cancelled my redemption stating I took advantage of there system. This was a lie I just played when I had enough money to spin numerous spins. UPDATE: I recieved my prize today! It took 8 days total. 4 Stars because of the wait but everything else was great!I WOULD RECOMMEND! Sign up was easy and I love they have several of my favorite games.. Im just waiting to see if/when my lil redemtion will go through. It was 2/27/26.. its only been 4 business days so I havent reached out to suppor yet..Ill change my rating once I know which way to go with it. Not sure if Id recommend or not I just know the redemtion time seems a bit lengthy compared to other sites.

Unacceptable and discouraging redemption wait times

I enjoy free money and this is not my first redemption without investing any money. However Im still waiting 7 days already. This is extremely excessive and sadly this is not including the 7 business days they require. Initiated redemption 02/26/26 @ 3:30 p.m. EST. Still waiting. My last redemption for free was 6 days total. 4 business days within that 6 day wait.. Beggars cant be chosers.. I guess but FFS . Pay me please ugh. As of 03/06/26. I assumed the reviews indicating trouble getting accounts closed were from people who had done something wrong and didnt want to admit it but sadly I can confirm that this site may be *primarily* interested in theft. I had a significant balance with no complaints for awhile when Stackr support reached out to me to let me know they were having issues with their redemption system. I made it clear that if that were the case Id like to lower my balance before continuing to play. I was given *no* indication that this was an issue (why would it be?).This week Stackr emailed me to let me know that my account had been closed for promo stacking. The evidence offered? That I made deposits in December played and then redeemed without playing further. All of which is exactly what I said I would do after they reached out to me about issues with their payment system! The result is a $3000 remaining balance that has been stolen by Stackr and a once responsive support team that simply ignores my emails now. I believe this site exists to steal your deposit rather than winning it from you honestly like a real casino. Avoid at all costs. *Will amend my review if they correct the issue

(Im owed over 40 different refferal payments most of which definitely met all requirements which is insanely ungrateful..they also have piss poor discounts and an extremely pathetic daily bonus. Which its getting old all these bottom feeder sites thinking they can exploit sweeps laws and have a literal casino and not do the one requirement there is to do so legally which is provide a reasonable daily way to play for free. 0.20 cents is in NO way within the laws requirements. I won then when I went to redeem it the next day i got a email stating I have been terminated because Stakr believed i was making duplicate account which i explained to them that i didnt know which email i had used which i have 3 emails and they said it was still against there rules and i will not be able to get my redimsion which is wrong.

Dishonest. Go elsewhere

Dishonest. Their AI chat bot told me I could redeem by gift card at a 10 coin minimum. This was never actually an option. They would not refund my purchase because I played through the coins even though their bot gave me false information. My balance now is more than the purchase amount. They should just make it right and hope to keep me as a customer but they refused to refund me. (Probably because they do this on purpose.)

Im rating them one star because it is the lowest rating. I had a balance of 43.59 sc. When I tried to login on 2/15/26 I could not. I asked for a password reset to my email but none arrived. Then a tried to open a new account and Stakeus let me open a new account under a different username with the same email address. I had to use a new username because the old username was still in use. So they have knowledge of the old account but have blocked me from it. I would not play on this website for money. I smell a rat. How do you contact customer service when you cant login? 1 star rating is way to high for this casino.

Dont bother collecting dailies or any of the promotional SC that they offer as they WILL use it as a reason to ban you and cancel your redemption if you do not play on those days that you grab dailies/promos. Very predatory disgusting and overly greedy policies that are not in existence with many of the other social/sweeps casinos that are available. Stick to those and stay away from this one. Hopefully this prevents you from having your money swallowed up by a truly terrible online casino.
