Betway is a scam. They take your money but when it comes to making a withdrawal it is impossible. It has been 28 days since I tried to make a withdrawal and nothing. Contact with Betway is impossible and everything is a robot. Do not waist your money here.

I want my money back.

This company closed my account for no reason and I have a balance owed to me. I have tried their “live chat” but it just says goodbye and stupidly asks for me to give them a review. They owe me money but I can’t get it as they are based in Malta and it is not viable to sue them for a relatively small amount. The gambling commission should revoke their licence

I registered on the site to have fun went through complete verification made a deposit and started bettingI was lucky and doubled my deposit there was $ 1220 on the balance I requested a withdrawal and started to waitA few days later I try to enter my personal account but my account was blocked!I wrote in a chat to which the employee replied that they had decided to confiscate all my money and accused me of fraud! One star is too many

One star is too many. This company is causing me lots of trouble trying to withdraw winnings. They have had copies of my passport driving licence bank statement and credit card statement and still won’t pay my winnings despite all my documents matching details and dated from Jan 2020! Be very careful with Betway.

Once again not paying out the free bet promos they promise through e-mail... they owe me a 100$ free bet and now make the excuse that the odds on the qualifying 50$ bet I made on the game did not qualify because the odds on the bet didn’t meet the 1.5 odds required. Although nowhere from this promotional e-mail is a link to this information nor the information in the e-mail. This is sad... I bet that amount because I expected 100$ free bet these people are thieves. Play 888.com or another reputable betting site. Steer clear from this betting site. Con artists.

20 /09/2018 I made a withdrawal of rs 50000 rs INR and on 22/09/2018 80000 INR rs ..They said we required your documents to verify your account I sent him not once but thrice on to the Betway support team and also the Betway verification team..but still till date they do not paid my money and verified my account I think this gaming is very poor ..and cheap ..My amount till date showing in processing ..I think the customer staff of Betway is bad or u can say pathetic ..the way the they response ..I used bet365 there customer service was very good and also there live chat ..so please play ..in Betway ..there are lair ..a

Digusting treatment of a disabled customer.

Terrible - Stole my disabled fathers winnings because he was unable verify himself clearly on the phone due to a speech impairment caused by his illness Multiple Sclerosis. Customer Service not able to help in the slightest so we have raised an investigation case with IBAS to recover his money.

I deposited £1300 with this company

I deposited £1300 with this company placed some bets some winners some losers and requested a withdrawal of £1050 a few days later. That was 10 days ago - still waiting for it. Every day I contact them they say it is still being processed no one phones you back you can never speak to a manager its a joke - I have now reported this to my bank fraud department to take forward as it is covered by Visa. Avoid them like the plague.
