SpinmywinI put money on won over £1000 I have added all documents to be told can’t accept driving license and I said fine I can update with passport when home next week try log back on same day today and I can’t I’m going to report these to gambling commission if I don’t get any joy they shouldn’t get away with this is basically scamming fraud stealing our cash.I want things rectified ASAP If I find I am wrong and it’s sorted and I get my winnings then I erase bad review. I will update here soon

Update got my money in account played closing account at £1 spin it takes at least 20 spins to win £1 generally 2 wins of 50p very rare to get over £1.Took my deposit from bank and now cant log in to play requested a reset password and havent received email to reset live chat doesnt work and phone number doesnt seem to exist doesnt even ring just cuts off I would definitely not be using this site again will need to fight to get my money back well should have read the reviews

They do not pay out withdrawals!Even after I jumped through every hoop and provided DNA (well almost 🙄) they then said I had to with the money three times over…(I already had)!I’ve cut my losses and asked them to close my account.Steer well clear!

They dont follow UK regulations
They break UK gambling regulations by refusing to return cash balance after self exclusion. They also instantly offered to reopen my account the day after i self excluded

SCAM?... just first time won !!!!! but I need to proof loads of id passport etc. i proof all what they ask and they keep emailed back all ok and just wait for fews day withdrawal. but today try to log in account. its blocked my account. cant go on live chat ? all customer service detail disappear ... omg!!! i cant believe that . All contact fake phone no. email live chat ?? Just fake !!! Be aware !! so disappointed. is it SCAM!!!! WHERE MY MONEY

Please do not use this company ! I have tried for 3 days to make a withdrawal . I have uploaded ridiculous amounts of documents to prove who I am ! They’ve had drivers licence passport address documents bank statements ! My request constantly gets rejected! I have paid far more into this site than I’m even trying to withdraw. You can only withdraw a minimum of £150 . You can deposit with visa but only lets you withdraw with Mastercard or bitcoin. I have never had such an issue to withdraw funds and I have played on lots of different sites. They clearly will try anything to not have to pay out. I wouldn’t trust these at all!I have actually taken this further as I have noticed that I am not the only one that’s had this problem . Company shouldn’t be allowed to do business
