They hardly have any promotional anymore and their bonuses through live support are usually only 25 spins at 0.20c regardless of how much you deposit and activity and most of their bonuses are capped at $500 max win limit regardless of vip level and their live support agents are incompetent.Surprisingly they had a %30 cashback promotion going recently based on losses which was credited to my account accordingly $1100+ with a 25x wager $29k+But when I contacted live support to double check if the max win limit was $500 they confirmed it was and to my disappointment I told the agent thats a terrible policy especially at the highest vip level ( Hall of famer ) which she then goes on to say Thats our standards for any cashback and all other bonuses here at Spinbit So I accepted that I had a 29k wager to get through just to potentially cash out $500 max which i thought was ridiculous. So I burned through the balance on max bet limit which is $20 with no real care knowing that if I do win big while trying to beat the wager it wouldnt mean much due to the max win limit of $500.So while I was burning through the balance with no real care I had to ask the agent if the 20% Monday cashback is also capped at $500 ( which i knew it wasnt as I had already cashed out thousands from Monday cashback in the past ) she then confirmed it was. From that point I knew she was incompetent and had no idea what she was talking about. So I asked to speak with the manager. While waiting to be connected to the manager on shift I was still playing the cashback with no real care and no thought in the games I was playing When I eventually connected with the manger I asked her to clarify on the questions I asked the previous agent regarding max win limit on Monday cashback. After she had checked this she confirmed there was no max win limit on current cashback promo or Monday cashback or any cashback bonuses. So basically the previous agent was misleading me with false information from the get go and the manager had to apologize on her behalf.If I had known this from the start I wouldnt have burned through the balance with no real care and played a bit smarter and took my time.This is the type of incompetent agents here at spinbit that players have to do deal with.Theres only one good thing here at Spinbit and thats having a vip manager.Dan is the man! as hes the only person that makes us feel valued and takes care of his players. The casino itself and the rest not at all. I rate him 💯 Theres really nothing attractive about this casino anymore ( apart from having a vip manager which is obviously given to you based on activity thousands of deposits and maintaining it) If you are going to play or invest here having a vip manager is the only way to receive anything of value and that they will look after you other than that its just a standard casino really which is a shame because it has the potential to be a top tier casino.

Becareful of this website I cashed out 250 on the 24/12/2025 only to discover the next day my account has been suspended for no reason. I went on live chat everyday for 22days asking why has my account been suspended and got the same reply Sorry mate we have no update its out of our hands our relevant team is sorting this you will get an email blah blah blah...Ive been with spinbit since 2021 and have only cashed out once prior to this incident and it was smooth and received my cash out 2days later. Please becareful of this website if they are happily receiving your deposit with no hassle and then suspend your account when you cash out imagine you trying to cash 25000 and then they suspend your account. Its 37days now and I have had no help resolving this issue from spinbit 👎 dont play at this casino.

I am always unsure about online casinos I was up and down like most reputable casinos. Then I had a large win and got nervous as I was suddenly jumping through withdrawal hoops when I had already withdrew fine before. Surprisingly they paid every dollar after a week or so. I guess strict but honest. Not expecting same luck but would recommend if in NZ

I have been with Spinbit since the start and not had too many major issues a fair bit of bonus codes not working deposit match not received things like that which have genuinely been resolved. However 11 days ago I Received one of Spinbits regular Telegram Bonuses this bonus was a little different its was 100% deposit match but a code had to be activated first? This was odd as they changed that but however I gave it a shot and entered the code and deposited $60 . What do you know once I deposited my match never showed.. Usual story go to the chat give them the details and they resolve it. However this time it took 5 hours and 2 agents to get a result really made me work for a deposit match. So I play my balance and on this rear occasion I have some luck and beat the wager of $1800 stoked! A very normal way to tell if you beat the wager is you will get a check your balance alert when placing a beat.. This normally means the bonus funds have now gone to your real balance wallet. On this occasion I had $600 remaining so sweet a little weekend cash out. Not the case! My balance vanished and is yet to return. Now iv played enough deposit matches free spins bonus spins ect and know there is a max bet and on occasion a max cashout of $500 sweet as I stick to the rules to avoid the balance being forfeited. Now I have sent emails chatted to someone everyday since then and have got 0 information. In fact the only response I get now is yes we have reached out to our promotion team and are yet to get a response 11 days of teams talking to each other and not one response I find that extremely hard to believe. Im never nasty to the chat or team or over emails Im always thankful and patient however 11 days of a $600 balance dissappear and not one single update? Or reasoning? Why have they gone to the promo team? Why not the technical team to see what happened? Obviously someone knows something but just dont wanna deal with it? It has really left a bad taste in my mouth considering all this time and money spent playing on this casino and Spinbet to be fair.. Been there since the very first day of opening.i have all the chats saved and screenshotted saying yes you followed all the rules and done nothing wrong.. But nothing further. 11 days and still no update or no one emailing to say we are so very sorry there was a glitch and your $600 was taken we have restored the balance. Just absolutely nothing. 12 days ago I would have said to anyone yeh have a crack they are easy to deal with but how can I recommend a casino that does this to one of their regulate players. Do better spinbit resolve your major issues in a timely manner.. 11 days an no change? just disappointing.
