Ive been with spinbet for 9 months now I am a gold level 3 I have deposited a lot in my time playing on the site lately when talking with support i have found them to just be repetitive in using preprogrammed generic messages and also ending the chat saying i have selected the wrong option and prompting me to select the option for free spins when that is not what my query was about and as for the Ai bot system for free spins it is horrible ( it consistently says Im not eligible for free spins ) I think in the last like 5 months i have only been granted free spins twice from the Ai bot system!! Honestly for being a high depositing member / player and a very active 1 at that the cons outweigh the pros and I feel like just finding a new site. Very poor customer service. Recieved a promo code for first deposit which didn’t work. No one willing to help. App still showed that I had a welcome bonus but apparently wasn’t aloud that one either. So no welcome bonus what so ever.
