I deposited BRL 500 on spinarium4.com and shortly after the deposit my account was suddenly blocked with my entire balance withheld. No clear explanation was provided.I contacted customer support requesting evidence of the alleged violation but they refused to provide any proof or documentation. Instead I was informed that my account would only be reactivated in 2034 which is completely unreasonable and disproportionate.Withholding a customer’s funds without transparency evidence or due process raises serious concerns about the platform’s practices. Players should be extremely cautious before depositing money as there appears to be no fair dispute resolution process in place.
