Robbed for £2k almost a year ago
Robbed for £2k almost a year ago. Been gambling elsewhere since. They closed my account after turning £500 to £2k and refused to give reasoning. Refused my withdrawal. Contacted ADS and SpaceCasino told them I was ‘Money Laundering’ never understood this still till now. Just won from Spinginie and currently using bet365 gamble elsewhere guys. I wonder why they got shut down in the UK. A shame they were running when I gambled here. Best of luck with gambling :)I truly don’t understand the good reviews. I was happily playing doing well on the wins realised on stampede game I was getting repeatedly exactly same screen as in game I did report this and received a email telling me they are checked by gambling association etc ..but now you cant deposit says it all really do we get whats owed ..doubt it

Registration was easy website is easy to use as soon as I have registered provided them my ID and bank statement after that I have won £2000 and requested withdrawal now its been over 30 hours and still pending and not even one email to confirm my withdrawal spoke to 2 pesrson on live chat and been told they cant do any thing as the still reviewing my genuine document its funny when I deposited £600 everything was absolutely fine and after withdrawal they need to review . Update : still no update and not one even update spoke to love chat again and they told me they cant give me any update I have sent an email two days a go to complain team as they told me thats the only way to raise dissatisfaction guess what ? No reply at all they dont give me even reference number to take it to gambling commission its so unprofessional if you dont want to pay my winning just let me know one week without even one update

Disgusting RTP. Though they appear to have a fairly high positive review on trustpilot which made me try the website. Im £1525 down with no withdrawal. Their big bass pragmatic slots do not pay the advertise RTP and barely bonus. They seem to be controlling the outcome of the roll though they keep saying its FAIR RNG.
