Refused to complete my withdrawal after providing documentation to verify myself. Tried withdrawing with Interac after depositing with Interac. They asked for an IBAN number knowing full well Canadian banks don’t have this and Interac doesn’t require an IBAN for withdrawal. Not to be trusted

Be very careful with this casino its been a month since they dont pay my money always coming up with a new excuse not to pay.Account was fully verified for withdrawals as I had even done some in the past. They had already approved proof of ID address and payment. However since I won something and wanted to withdraw a bigger amount they started with excuses asking for a proof of ownership of mobile phone which I provided. They accepted it but then said they needed to review the account and did the following:- Disable option to request withdrawals. However I can still deposit and gamble. This is very responsible gaming for sure for an operator that is suppposed to be regulated.Avoid this casino as much as you can they will keep your money and make your life miserable
