I registered in December did the verification. At the beginning withdrawals came but lately they simply do not withdraw money do not respond in chat and by mail be careful when using this casino.Since January 15th they stopped paying me money

They are stalling my withdrawal and they said Its because investigation for duplicate account. I dont have any duplicate account thats first thing and then how long this ridiculous “investigation” take. Its now over 48 hours of my withdrawal request now they rejected it because of the investigation. If they keep stalling my withdrawal request ill submit more complaint among other sites because i did everything correct. Just made Deposit play through bonus verified all documents and made withdrawal request and this is just stalling withdrawal they cant do anything because i dont have duplicate accounts and i know that. Utterly shocking customer service. Deposited just over £800 and 0 bonuses or Thursday cash back like there site promos say. RTP is shocking. You will have more fun throwing coins down a drain or making aeroplanes out of your notes and throwing them out the window.

I would give no stars if i could. I have spent a huge amount of money on this site and never really won anything substantial. Feels like the games are rigged but that could be my bad luck. However thats not what im here to discuss. I tried to cancel my account on a number of occasions through their online chat. I would get the same response each time. A member of our team will reach out to you soon.Of course they would never reach out. I checked all emails including spam. I would still get promotional emails but no response to my request. As i have a gambling problem i continued to gamble (addiction is so hard to overcome). Eventually i threatened to report the website and put a review here if they do not cancel and they said its already cancelled. Which it hadnt been as i was logged in in order to chat. The chat assistant was down right rude and when i was telling them how bad it was the whole process they just said have a nice day sir with a winkie face. Please avoid at all costs. You need to make 200 euro before you can withdraw also so keep that in mind. I would question if you get to withdraw in any case as the site seems like a scam but i cant confirm that. Please spend your money elsewhere as this site has zero responsible gambling ethics.
