Scam Casino.Like all the others said its a scam. I beat the deposit bonus and they would have had to pay out 600 quid for a 10 quid deposit. They didnt pay it.Listen to everyone else as well and DO NOT deposit here not even a tenner if you win you get nothing.

Ive been waiting for more 26 days for Snatch Casino to verify my account and process my withdrawal despite having submitted all required documents multiple times.Timeline:- 29/06: Withdrawal of $299.40 arrived in 1 day (no KYC).- 30/06: Withdrawal of $258.31 arrived in 3 days (no KYC).- 03/07: Withdrawal of 2.92 LTC was cancelled after 4 days and they requested a selfie with ID and their website.- 07/07: I sent all requested documents.- 21/07: I asked live chat – no answer.- 22/07: They asked for more documents (hash + bank statement).- 25/07: Still nothing.- 26/07: I asked live chat again – no reply.Since I attempted that last withdrawal **I’ve been receiving multiple promotional emails** offering bonuses if I deposit again or **cancel my pending withdrawal**. It’s obvious they are stalling on purpose and trying to push me to lose the funds instead of paying out.Their support has gone silent and my money is blocked for no valid reason. I received a promotional email saying if i joined i would get $10 no deposit bonus. I joined but no bonus. I sent a screenshot to Snatch customer service Anton. I was told I had multiple accounts. I dont. Anton then agreed but said you cant receive a bonus via one email address and use another email to join. Ludicrous. He abruptly ended the chat.

Early december I deposited in this casino and got the bonus and played and lost. then deposited again and won playing the same slot. Once I want to withdraw i get an email saying my account didnt pass the risk security test and that I have been banned from using the site and my winnings are cancelled and my deposit is confiscated. needless to say this is a total lie as i have done nothing wrong but playing the same slot that i have initially lost in it. there is no way to communicate with them as they dont answer emails and they locked my account. i cannot file a complaint anywhere because they are not regulated. basically whoever wins with them they can come up with any such an excuse and simply not give ur money. stay away and do not fall into the same trap as ive done. i have 300 euros of deposit and 900 euros of winnings that i need to recover. i have never seen a site that keeps ur deposit with them even if they decide to close the account it is illogical to keep clients deposit with them. let us say i made a 5000 euro deposit and they for some reason wanted to close my account they keep the deposit too? just like that my hard-earned money is kept with them!! what a shame. i hope they read and confront me.
