I decided to try Kansino because I was constantly bombarded with ads and promises of easy wins. Frankly I was very disappointed. The site seems bright and attractive but as soon as you start playing it feels like everything is designed to keep you topping up your account over and over again. Winning anything significant is practically impossible.I was particularly disappointed by the support team—they take a long time to respond using seemingly formulaic phrases with no real desire to help. Withdrawals were also a bit of a hassle: the wait was long and they kept asking for additional verification.Overall it seems like Kansino cares more about its own profits than its customers. Personally I wont go back there and I dont recommend anyone else to do so.

Zuza said service was very fast. I was told my repair would take 2 hours. It took 2 weeks. They kept saying the part was on order. When I finally got my phone back theyd scratched the casing. No apology no compensation. Terrible.

Honestly I was sceptical about the price when I ordered. When the wrong watch arrived I thought it confirmed my doubts. However they quickly reimbursed the return postage and dispatched the right watch within a week. I’m delighted with it especially for the money. If I could I would do zero stars. I ordered a Samsung A21s White phone got the delivery and it was the blue phone! Sorry but theres a huge difference between white and blue and on top of that they had to cheek to actually say when they get the phone back they are gonna check it for any damage or been used. So they can check that but cant check what they send out and the fact I work hard for my money as Im a teen I was looking forward to my new phone as I bought it myself but honestly the experience Ive had I wouldnt want to do it again. Now I have to pay the people back so they can take it away. Im already out of pocket as it is for the phone but now having to pay for them to take back there mistake is disgusting. Dont get me started on when I complained about it. The way they get InTouch with u is horrendous Im honestly shocked and considering not ordering anything else. I work hard to earn my money and Im wasting it all on fixing someones mistakes. Honestly dont recommend this company at all. Im also now out of pocket coz I ordered the same phone from a different company and still out of pocket till they send me my money back which I can guarantee its gonna take the p*ss. Im not one to do reviews and stuff but I thought Id share my experience about this. Now Ive gone to only branded and getting the same phone for next day delivery now thats customer service ☺️.
