I deposited $100 and played under the Welcome Bonus terms which did not mention any 30% stake restriction. After I won €2904 SlotsSafari confiscated everything citing T&C §9.11 (“irregular play”) a rule never disclosed in the bonus conditions.When I asked them to name the licensing regulator they themselves referred to they refused to answer and instead closed my account. Even my original $100 deposit was withheld. This lack of transparency is deeply unfair – I strongly advise avoiding this site.

Since I did not accept or use any bonus these restrictions should not have applied. I asked their support team several times to: Confirm whether a bonus was ever applied to my account Provide specific bets they claimed breached their rules Give the name and number of the “licensing regulator” they claimed had approved their terms.They refused to answer all three questions.Instead I kept receiving copy-paste replies saying “Our decision is final” and “Our Terms are approved by the licensing regulator” — but they never named any regulator and their site shows no valid gambling license.Independent reviews (e.g. Casino Guru) confirm that SlotsSafari operates without a license and is flagged as untrustworthy. In my opinion they used vague and unfair rules to seize legitimate winnings and their refusal to provide any evidence shows a lack of transparency.I have since reported this to my payment provider and consumer protection authorities and strongly advise avoiding this casino. If you have already deposited here withdraw immediately before playing.

Fraud site

I tried to withdraw but they said my account needed to be fully verified. I tried to upload the documents to verify and the uploads didn’t work. I cleared cache and website history on both my phone and laptop as instructed via email but it still wouldn’t work. They took between 24-48 hours to reply to each email (I’m currently waiting after more than 48 hours for their latest response). Live chat say they can’t help with verification due to security reasons and via email they said they can’t verify me for the same reasons. They told me there is no problem on their end with the uploading of documents and this is the only way to verify. It seems like they make it impossible to verify so you can’t withdraw money in the hope that you will rebet it and lose.

this site stole all my money i deposited 80 pounds in it won 176 pound made a withdraw request and they deleted my account off there website once i contacted there help chat they said i breached terms of service even tho it was a new account created and never before used the close the help chat once u try to contact them for money this site needs to be closed off from UK betting sites its a bitcoin scam site they steal your money via bitcoin so it cant be traced then close your account im opening a fraud case with the police to try and get this bitcoin betting sight closed because its 100 % a scam via bitcoin also i would not deal in any sites that use bitcoin for there payments or withdrawl they just steal all you real money
