This is a very odd casino. I have won here and been paid out rather quickly. But their Managers keep banker hours and whenever you have an issue it can take days to respond. Four days ago on Thursday I asked them to set a new deposit limit. They set it wrong. So I asked them to correct it on Friday no response until 08:59 on Monday with a so what do you want set? The Manager leaves at 09:00 so even though I responded within 2 minutes they are essentially closed until tomorrow. What casino keeps bankers hours and then has the nerve to pull a stunt like that. Cancelled my withdrawal without notification and then the money disappeared from the account and they tried to blame my 9 month old for using it. I had recieved a bonus from slotsgem casino. To recieve the bonus I needed to play 40x the bonus amount. I played the 40x bonus amount and was at roughly $800. They lowered the amount to the maximum bonus amount which was $75. I chose to continue playing since the funds now belonged to me. I managed to win $450 and decided to cash out. They not only canceled my withdrawal request almost 10 times but then sent me an email saying that the finds were bonus funds and deducted $375 which put me right back to $75. When I asked them why they did this they said it was bonus funds and too bad for me. This casino is a scam. They will steal your money find any excuse to not payout stall on your withdrawal and customer service is horrible. I would give it 4.5/5 just because some games are a bit slow to load and there is no option to set up deposit limits. Otherwise it’s a great casino made some nice wins verification was quick and withdrawal was fast.
