I have been trying for 8 months to get…

I have been trying for 8 months to get my license verified so I can withdraw my funds from the slips app. I have uploaded my license more than 150 times and ecah time it does not get verified. It is a recently issued REAL ID . I have emailed the help@slips more than 100 times. 99% of the emails were ignored and the other 1% received a useless AI response telling me about the importance of verifying my license but no solution. The companies LIES through their teeth below as they do NO respond NOR help to resolve the issues. They have 2 times asked me to email copies of my DL straight to the help email and BOTH TIMES ( and its now over 2 months) they responded we have all we need to resolve this and then never followed through and resolved it. They did NOT respond they couldnt verify They just did nothing The app is a complete scam fraud. They have also FALSELY advertised using my bname ( and I have saved it) that I was as 1000 winner using the app. THAT NEVER HAPPPENED I never waged close to 1000 on the site. This is the most fraudulent app out there and its disguyting that with all the complaints about them apple still allows to be in the app store. Slips needs to be shut down so others are not scameed. And the reason I stopped wantng to use the app on more than 75% ofwagers that should have won were cancelled after the event started that they could not find someone to match the wager with on the other end. COMPLETE SCAM!

I won $353 and I verified my identity however every time I request a payout to my Wells Fargo checking account the payout is instantly cancelled. I have retried the payout multiple times with the same result. I have contacted there support email hundreds of times over the past 3 months trying to get them to fix whatever is wrong with my account they just refuse to respond no automated email even. I contacted them from a different email a few days ago and they responded 12 hours later with an automated response telling me to verify my identity which again I have already verified I scanned my state ID entered my SSN date of birth and address and all of them say completed with a check mark indicating that I successfully completed the identity verification process. This company is a scam after seeing all of these reviews now this is crazy they need to start a class action again slips asap.

Upgraded review to 3 stars with more stars possible in the future.I received my first check of $100 within 10 days of making the request. Going to put it my bank and request a new check as soon as the 14 day window clears. As long as things continue to go smoothly I will again upgrade my review. The main negative is that it should not take so much effort on my behalf for me to get verified and receive my winnings. Having human beings do customer service instead of AI would increase not only the quality of your product but would lessen the negative reviews greatly by simply lowering the number of negative interactions. Just food for thought.

Total trash app

Totally trash app. Zero customer service and they wont let you cash out winnings. I paid for the premium account and tried to verify my ID but the trash app cant verify. I reached out to support months ago and still no response. Stay away from this app unless you want to get scammed.

I enjoy the app

I enjoy the app. I had one payout that I actually got. But here’s the problem! EVERY TIME I EMAIL THEM I GET THE SAME DAMN AUTOMATED REPLY! I had a tourlay that I picked every pick correct on and it’s been live in my app and not paid me a single dollar! I don’t understand who to contact or how to speak with a human?

After emailing JESS RICHMAN the owner my payout was strangely approved the next day. 10 days later I received my $100 check in the mail.This platform is horrible!!! Payment pending from 2/13 until 3/4.

i’m only putting one star because that’s the lowest option available. This app is totally ridiculous. I have been waiting a month now I have about $100 that I want to cash out but I also have $240 still stuck on their app.This place is a total scam. They won’t even try to pay you. They’ll send you automated responses that continuously ask you what the problem is. It is a joke. I wish I knew what further steps to take...I’m tempted to try to take legal action but I think I will end up spending more on trying to force them to pay.This company is definitely a scam. I wish I was wrong but I see nothing but a scam.The worst part is they had no trouble with me making a deposit. Like they took my money for the deposit instantly with no trouble.As soon as I started requesting a withdrawal they will not verify my account even though I have all of the required documents. They will not contact me by phone. They just sent me automated responses every time I send a new email as if it was the first email I sent.

Site just keeps getting better and better. Direct speedy payouts. Getting all the slips graded same night/ overnight. Fewer tech glitches. They just started a feature to show you the percent of bets on each side. Some compatibility issues using your iPhone is the easiest. I use MacBook sometimes and things are not as smooth. My tip is to pay for whale status much easier to make money at 3.75% fees than 7.5% or 15% fees. Also the direct quick payouts make winning get rewarded quickly.

I have been trying to get a payout for months now and have cancelled and retried and still nothing my identity has been verified and all green checkmarks and I cannot get any where with the emails to customer service we need to sue them or something! Report the founder Jess Richman on LinkedIn as well as slips on LinkedIn. Report his site jessrichman.com and his email if you guys need it is Jess/jessrichman.com. Lets all file a class action against him and the other 9 employees he has. Since no one likes to respond they like to use an AI bot for responses let’s see how they’ll like to respond to our lawsuits.Edit: Yall can eat a d-ck with your AI response. Youre still getting sued.
