Shocking Experience – Unauthorized Account CreationI recently received an email stating that an account had been created for me on Skycrown—something I never requested. Within seconds another email arrived thanking me for confirming the account even though I never clicked anything.I immediately contacted their support team to report that the account was created without my permission and asked them to close it. Instead of addressing the issue directly I received multiple irrelevant responses asking why I wanted to close the account despite me explaining repeatedly (at least ten times) that I had never created it and believed it to be fraudulent.After all these messages the account still wasn’t closed and the replies felt dismissive and unhelpful. Overall this experience has been extremely frustrating and concerning.

Absolutely do not trust this casino. I’m leaving this as a warning for anyone who like me thought they were registering on the official website of a well-known brand. I clicked a promo link from what looked like a legit review page with the logo and name of a famous casino clearly shown. Only later did I realize that this was some kind of bridge site that quietly redirected me to a completely different domain with a slightly altered name.At first glance everything looked normal: same colors similar layout welcome bonus “up to $1000 + free spins” even the logo was almost identical. I deposited $100 via Visa claimed the bonus played Big Bass Bonanza and Sweet Bonanza for a while and turned it into around $260. That’s when the problems started.When I tried to withdraw the system suddenly logged me out. When I logged back in the URL was different again (it had an extra word in the domain) and my balance showed $0. The transaction history was completely empty as if I had never deposited or played. I contacted support and they acted like I’d come to them for the first time asking for my email username screenshots everything. The agent “Lisa” kept repeating the same scripted lines and then literally told me “We can’t see any deposits from your account.”I sent bank statements showing the $100 charge with their payment provider’s name screenshots of my balance before it disappeared and even a recording of the redirect behavior (because by then I already suspected something was wrong). They stopped replying in live chat and closed my ticket with the note “no technical issue found.”Only after that did I go back and carefully check the links. The so-called “review site” was not an official partner at all it was clearly designed to pretend to represent a well-known brand but funnel people to this shady copy. So yeah this isn’t just a bad casino — it’s a fake hiding behind a popular name and messing around with redirects and clone sites.
