I received a response from this site. However it does clearly show to reply to their dishonest assessment of the situation. But one cannot reply to set the record straight. I had done nothing to to justify a permanent banning. Accept ask them when my winnings were going to be paid because it was taking longer than the time frame. I did mention I had Cancer at the time and then I was unable to use the website again. This year 2025 I contacted them again to enquire why I was unable to use their website when 6 months had passed. They then told me it was a permanent banning. For what? Because I had the audacity to ask why my pay out was taking so long or because I told them I had cancer. I had NOT broken any rules policies etc. And if I was abrupt then it was due to the fact that the person on the other side was rude. In their reply they state to contact their site about this Ban but I did and I was told it was a permanent ban. I am furious with the way I was treated. And I did not deserve that. Again if you use this site it is at your own peril. I did try to use a different email address and guess what that email was banned as well. A very dishonest website.
