My complaint is regarding primarily the promotion I entered not working. This is the Win £70 cash & prizes every week! Promotion. I have noticed my tracking progression bar was not recording my gameplay since yesterday. I reached out and was assured itll update itself by today. Please note today is the last day for this promotion. Since opting in I last week I have wagered in excess of 5k probably. Neither was I awarded the appropriate prizes after each milestone but since the progression bat was no longer correctly reflecting my score I contacted staff again today. This member of staff was incredibly rude discourteous left me on hold for half an hour pointlessly. Then when i confronted her to answer a simple question to tell me what I wagered since last week and reiterated this she just lied. Flat out lied. Another way to describe this is she engaged in acts to defraud me after purposefully misleading me and misinforming me of my data. This not acceptable whatsoever. I now require my funds staked in order to partake in this promotion given Im not being given what Im paying for. I was happy to accept my points be reflected correctly but this had been denied to me. So I just want my money back. Its as simple as this. All the money I wagered to partake in this promotion. Since my opt in. If Im not getting what is advertised why am I paying. I’ve been using sky bet and sky vegas now for a couple of years. Vegas has a good selection of games however the rtp is shocking and has been for some time. A £20 deposit playing 50p a spin will dwindle quickly with sometimes not even a 10p win line. More often than not it will be a win for less than the stake and bonuses if your lucky to hit one are mostly underwhelming with one with a stake of £1 giving me a very poor £4 payout. I honestly believe that something is going on and surely the site needs looking at to check that its setup fairly.
