Stay as far away from this casino as possible. I signed up and they didn’t ask for any verification to deposit money. At first I lost then I won €2500 on a game. When I tried to withdraw it that’s when the nightmare began. They first asked me to verify my identity (KYC). I did it and my profile was approved. Then I received an email asking for a photo of my credit card and a bank statement! I asked them to send me a secure link because it’s extremely risky to send such documents by email. They never replied. Of course customer service didn’t answer either and the live chat only responds once in a while.After a few days since nothing was moving forward I ended up sending the requested documents by email. No reply. Then they asked me to verify my profile again even though it had already been verified. Soon after I got another email asking for a bank statement…Long story short they made me go in circles for 15 days and in the end I NEVER got my money. This site is a total scam. Stay far far away and NEVER deposit a single euro there : you’ll never see it again.

Simsinos Won’t Pay My Winnings – Avoid This Casino!

I strongly advise against using Simsinos.com. After winning money they have been making it impossible for me to verify my account and withdraw my winnings.Even though my account was already verified in the past they suddenly asked me to do it again. Then they required me to change my email address for no apparent reason. After complying with everything I reached the page where I could upload my bank statement. However despite having an option to Upload PDF file they rejected my PDF.I then tried the “Take Photo” option but even after granting the website permission to use my camera it still claimed it didn’t have permission. This seems like a deliberate attempt to block withdrawals by creating unnecessary obstacles.I suspect Simsinos.com may be operating under the same company as Locowin.com as they use identical tactics to avoid paying players. If this casino is legitimate they should process my withdrawal immediately. Until then I strongly warn others to stay away!
