Trying to get my money back from simsino has been a nightmare. I invested $3500 based on their supposedly trustworthy reputation but now it seems like Ive been duped. They dont respond to any form of communication and Im left chasing shadows trying to reclaim whats mine. It’s utterly exhausting and disheartening..!I never thought Id recover from my financial missteps but biprofit. tech turned that around. Im now celebrating small victories day by day..!!

Changed their url from simsino to simsinos tell nothing to their clients.i have to verify my account to make a withdraw i don’t receive their mail and they say that it is my bad and they don’t offer any solution. They create problems on purpose bad client service they will do everything to prevent you from withdrawing your funds.

I deposited 40 euros on their site which is buggy my deposit took hours to arrive even though I was debited directly. It started badly but its not over yet! I played and got lucky which casinos dont like. I decided to withdraw 265 euros... A week later I was told that I had not respected the conditions which had never been presented to me!!!! This site is designed to trap new players and systematically refuses your deposits. This site should be avoided as a matter of urgency as it steals from players and is not even functional !!

At first it too good to be true! Indeed! Withdrawal takes forever .. I am now skeptical about this site because it seems like a scam. Every operator you chat has different answer .. saturday made the withdrawal account verified on monday but withdrawal is still on progress up to date of this review.Edited: It took a while but yes i received my withdrawal..

Good casino. good choice of games. was nice that after my first deposit i got more options of ways to deposit. i lost a bit but then had a nice big win and i made profit now. they didnt accept the bank statement first time but i sent another picture and it was ok. after that i had my winnings quite fast so im happy and will play again.

Om still trying to urgue about my withdrawal of 1520€ they just keep mailing back with the same excuses that i have to submit bank Statement which i already provided several times there they can see iban number my name account number and bic/swift and my home adress also proof of billing from my bank. Do not gamble here this is a scam casino I won 2000 euro and they refused to pay out by giving different excuse after looking at their vpn and url the casino is in USA and their response is awful. They bring different excuse and would even ask for cards that you have not played with there . I repeat do not use this casino
