On 11 September I contacted Shock Casino’s customer care to report severe gambling addiction and requested a permanent account ban under responsible gambling provisions. The account was confirmed as banned.However on 18 September I discovered that the same account had been reopened and further i played in it —resulting in a loss of $210. This occurred despite my prior self-exclusion.I raised the issue on 19 September citing a clear breach of responsible gambling safeguards. Shock Casino denied the refund request despite their duty to uphold self-exclusion protocols and prevent further harm.This incident reflects a serious lapse in customer protection and accountability. I urge Shock Casino to review its procedures and take responsibility for the financial and emotional damage caused by this oversight.
