Withdrawal unsuccessful/not payed

I requested a withdrawal to my bank account from Royal Reels 20 over two weeks ago.The transaction is marked as “Successful” in my account history however the funds have not been received.I have contacted support and have not been provided with any proof of payment transfer receipt or reference number despite the withdrawal being shown as completed on their end.At this stage the delay is unacceptable and I am still waiting for clear confirmation that the funds were actually sent. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

Overall a positive and reliable experience

I have been using this service for a while and overall my experience has been positive. I have been playing royal reels casino for a few months now I’ve spent well over $30000 and I’m supposed to be helped out and looked after by the vip team. For the month of December leading up to Christmas if you have a successful deposit of $30 or more then you get a spin at the bonus wheel and I didn’t realise to start with that that’s the case so I contacted customer support to raise the issue but they said I wasn’t entitled to it. I took and have screenshots of the conversation. Then tonight I talked to someone about it and I new that I should of received the gift each time so I emailed the VIP team and there reply was that if it wasn’t given on the day then there was no way of giving me the outstanding spins I also have those emails so it’s not something I am making up. It is disrespectful that the people who spend large amounts of money can be treated that way. They can apply what ever they like it’s their casino I didn’t want to write this review because I was worried about the backlash but I feel and wholeheartedly believe I should be reimbursed each spin and if they can’t give me the spins then they can most definitely credit me each prize on the wheel from the first to the 11th were the times of issue
