8 WEEK AGO Its now been 8 weeks since I contacted support to ask to self exclude my account I have emailed both support and daniel numerous times over the past 8 weeks with no response. I speak to chat every day and they just say email daniel.... which I have so many times.I have concerns about there banking too they claim on their site Payment are processed by Rougecasino LTD I have not had this show on my bank once My account is STILL open 8 weeks later I have been able to make some deposits still which I believe I am entitled to be refunded as I expressed I wanted to self excluded and they havent done so. avoid this casino at all costs

This is an update on my earlier review from yesterday. As a verified customer support was and is terrible however I did receive my withdrawal via sepa it took 24 hours but I reseaved it all the same I would have given 4 stars if it wasnt for the lack of support.However I made another Sepa withdrawal yesterday still waiting lets see what happens today!

Verified account made Sepa withdrawal which usually arrives in minutes through other sites 18 hours later still not arrived contacted support in their messaging system to see why its taking so long told its pending and could take up to 21 days while they factory checkfact check what exactly.I put a sad face saying service was crap and now support messaging has disappeared from my screen tried to call the number on the site the number is not valid? Tried to email support on the site message wasnt sent. Went to resend now the support section does not appear on the site.So sent an email direct from my email account things arent looking hopefull probably lost the lot its an absolute disgrace that these casinos are still allowed to take deposits instantly which I might add yet the customer took that as good faith yet when it comes to a withdrawal its not going to happen EVER!!!!!

Weird withdrawal process live chat do not help one bit and still waiting for a supposed ‘email’ update from then that I’m yet to receive. Seems they’ll do just about anything to make sure you don’t get your money!Update- 12th November and apparently still pending and now on working day number 29. Why cant we get Google etc to block this siteLast year I won £400 and after a couple of weeks it was paid out.On the 21st May 2023 I had a big win and tried withdrawing £1100.It is now 30th July 2023.Just as everybody else in this situation has said; I am told every time I contact them that it has been forwarded to their verification department.When I explain that their site claims to pay out within 3 to 7 working days the prat on the line says they dont have access to the finance dept. Then they end the chat.They then have the audacity to ask me how I would rate their chat line.I have stopped responding to that.
