Incredibly bad customer service and CANNOT WITHDRAW

Following up from a previous review. I’ve heard back regarding a dispute I had about a false chargeback. I thought it would have been a quick easy misunderstanding since I had to send them A WHOLE YEAR of my bank statements so right off the bat extremely fishy. And even after this they’re saying there’s nothing they can do. For context they listed 4 transactions that totalled to $236 and each and every one of those transactions can be found in the statement. After all this they also thought $250 30x wager and a 10x max cash out was a suitable substitute. The email chain I’ve had with them has been 11 emails long and consisted of 3 different support employees and I had to re mail after not hearing anything for almost a week. Honestly the site itself is good and I really enjoyed my time on it i would of spent thousands by now and most likely would of spent thousands more however whats the point of a good looking and feeling site if you can’t even withdraw without 11+ emails.

I have maintained a diamond VIP level account for approximately three years during which I have spent a total of $237788 AUD and won $188632 AUD. The casino is excellent my VIP manager is exceptional and the bonuses are impressive. However the aspect that detracts from what would otherwise be a five-star review is the payout time for winnings which takes between five to six days. Additionally there is a noticeable lack of transparency as they employ questionable tactics by changing the status of payouts from pending to processing to in progress during the first two to three days. On the sixth day you finally receive the funds and upon contacting the bank you discover that Rooli processed the payout only two minutes before you received the money which essentially amounts to an instant payment. This realization can be quite disheartening as it feels deceptive to have your winnings held for six days while being fed misleading information about the status of your payout. My bank has expressed frustration with Rooli Casino which often blames the banks for the delays creating additional work for them in responding to inquiries about payment statuses. Consequently banks are now issuing transfer transcripts that confirm Rooli only initiated the payment moments before the funds were received. It is unfortunate as Rooli Casino used to be a fantastic establishment and I would consider returning if they reverted to their previous practice of instant payouts as they had done for the past three years. It is regrettable Rooli; I am aware that you must feel the financial strain during business meetings questioning why your profits have diminished. Instead of devising new strategies to enhance turnover and profitability I assure you that returning to honest payout practices will result in increased customer spending without incurring additional costs for advertising or wages. I have been a business owner for 27 years and currently manage 12 successful businesses although two are struggling on paper which is simply my tactic to payless tax but im dealing with a government with trillions of dollars under there belt not the avergae wage earner.Do the rite thing guys an you will be rewarded as time goes by a customers build the trust back... its never too late .

Beware: Have requested over and over again basic information with respect to their master gaming license and merchant processing but am continually ignored or told “look at the website” despite the information not being available there. Refuse to respond to requests about unusual URL links. They continually ask for email and DOB but provide no further information thereafter. The first kicker appears to be taking deposit money from you. And the final blow seems to be in the withdrawal stage where they request sensitive information purportedly for anti money laundering. But my concern is this is for Identity theft and actual payouts are either thin or non existent. No agent has managed to maintain any conversation of significance. Last contact was with Sean at Rooli support.

For any new user I would recommend this site as the platform is very easy to navigate and to go along with it I would give the customer service a 5 star review.. the only thing I can really say bad about rooli would be that there big wins or RTP rate seems a little below average in my opinion with big wins few and a little far between.. but overall I would still recommend this site..

My account was fully verified a couple of months ago and i have since received withdrawl payments but not without a huge fight and having to jump through many hoops to recieve my winnings single time i have been asked to again provide the same verification docs that were already provided and have my withdrawls cancelled and put to the bottom of the cue. be very you cant solve anything with the chat. I have emailed their so called support department and no one returns my messages and i have been ignored and dismissed. Depositing is done in 3 seconds and when you want to withdraw you only have problems. Back in May I had 2 occasions when I had 2 deposits rejected. I had the notifications that the money had come out of my bank account so I messaged support straight away. They asked for a screenshot to show that the money had come out. I went onto my bank app (Commbank) and the transactions did not show up. This is what happens if it comes back. Instead of showing the debit and credit into the account it doesnt have anything at all. Everything was fine and I didn’t have an issue. Then 2 months later I noticed 2 transactions had come out. These were to 2 Nigerian accounts. 1 I could find online the other shown nothing. I then looked at my history on the Rooli app and these and a couple of other deposits I had made had CCCDebit next to them. I thought that was weird and checked my bank app for another 2 that were successful. 1 was to the same Nigerian account that I could find online and the other was another that I couldnt find. These 2 matched up completely.I contacted support and asked either for the funds be added to my account or to have it refunded. They asked for screenshots so I took 1 of each 4 transactions (the 2 that recently came out but were rejected in May as well as the 2 that were paid to Nigerian accounts that were successful and 1 was even the same) I also took a screenshot of my deposit history that shown that these CCCDebit are to Nigerian accounts.They denied that the payments that come out of my account was by them. I then said might not be them but is a third party that they use so it does fall on them. They took no credibility for it at all. I even pointed out that 1 of the deposits that was successful on the app matched the debit on my account to a company with same name as the debit that came out recently. The dates and times match. They still deny or take credibility for this.
