While this is their stated policy they have found a way to use this requirement to make the resulting documentation issue my fault entirely disregarding my circumstances.Despite the fact that I suffered a recent fire—which explains the lack of a current utility bill—I immediately provided multiple recent government-issued documents that unequivocally confirm the address matching my primary government ID.The companys refusal to accept verifiable governmental proof of identity and residence is not a clerical error; it is a calculated stall tactic. They are intentionally weaponizing their 90-day rule and rejecting superior proof of identity simply to void the transaction.It is evident that any person with basic common sense would recognize the provided governmental documentation as irrefutable proof of address. OK I am very happy that I won a little bit of money but why would they allow you to win $4000 when you can only cash out 400 and then I cashed out 450 and they only still gave me $349.99 What’s up with the penny not that I care but I gave 450 so because I knew they were gonna charge the $50 and they took that and another $50 and then another penny whatever I had issues with this a couple years ago and this is why I won’t be going on this website too much. this is a straight scam casino. ive been trying to redeem with them for two weeks. first my deposit was not big enough so i deposit 35 more. i build my account to 500$try to withdraw and they said that im under coupon stipulations still that i can only max out at100$ and i can only do blue rewards card good at all their casinos this was because u can only withdraw to your bank over 200$ so i said fine give me your stupid card for 100$ turn around and build that into 400$tried to withdraw and am still on their pending list for payout wtf really just pay me. they can take the money out of my bank instantly but its been a week ive been waiting straight two thumbs down

They are scammers

They are scammers. They absolutely refuse to pay you ANY WINNINGS. So first they made lying excuses about my bank not being verified. It took me a long time and an extreme headache to keep getting all the paperwork they kept making up that they wanted but finally ugh done. They can no longer claim that.Next oh look my card isnt verified? Wait they withdrew from my card CONSTANTLY and its not even on the information for the payout. They do not need it for the payout at all as the bank account number is separate but now they are demanding it. They want both cards Ive paid before with pictures front and back. The problem is that one no longer exists as it was lost so that is why I have been using the second card. We finally get past this hurdle.On the withdrawal they already charge a $25 transaction fee. Okay whatever. But get this many years ago I had won over a thousand dollars and they refused to pay said something about I bet wrong and so took away all my winnings and just put the original $35 back in my casino account. Now all these years later they are saying they are going to charge me for that $35 loan they think they gave me all those years ago. I have deposited and lost MANY times since then. They didnt make an issue of that $35 which was mine originally even after they stole all my winnings and I deposited and lost after that UNTIL I try to make a payout. Now they say they are charging me that $35 from 5 years ago that they credited back to my account. Are you f-ing kidding me? I swallow the stupid charge because I just want the rest of money at this point. Then I get an email saying oh the money cant be sent to Korea. THEY SENT ME $200 MANY YEARS AGO WHEN I WON BEFORE TO THE SAME ACCOUNT! My account has been verified! Beware. You can have two different family members with accounts living at the same address however if you use any of their bonuses and win money they will then void your winnings stating that you broke their rules. I won nine hundred and fifty dollars and they refused to pay me. So stay away if you like to use any bonuses at all.

Had problems but in time they where resolved

AVOID AVOID AVIOD Customer service is friendly but with robotic text book replies. Happy to take 3k. But when I make a withdrawal (Monday 22nd) waited two weeks then told there had been a processing issue and now I have to repeat the process again and wait another week. Nearly a month and still no payment recieved. They offered a 100$ bonus credit with x10 wager term attached as compensation.totally pointless. There is clearly no care for customers just the bank cards.Edit. I have changed my review as the company did as they said and fixed the issue.

Always let people know your requirements to verify a account ...using my virtual card for payment and now I want to cash out you people need the card picture for verification ...is it not my money or didn’t I put it there myself?this is just a scam in disguise to me

Management did something despicable to me!

The management at this casino franchise did something to me that was absolutely despicable. I havent played here for quite a long time only because of something that this casino (or their processor) did and then turned around and blamed me for it. The type of player that I am I periodically shut down accounts for cool down times. Well there was one time in which during one of those cool down periods where I had shut the casino account down that the casinos processor tried to charge my bank a duplicate charge that they had already charged several months prior. Well when I contacted customer service about it I was instructed that there was nothing that they could do about it. And the customer service rep said after he inquired with their cashier and that the instructions were for me to dispute the charge because it was a mistake made by their processor that had affected many hundreds of customers across the real-time gaming footprint. So I did just that as instructed. Well when I went to reopen my account I was told by their manager that I could not reopen my account because I had a charge back ...notwithstanding I had made thousands of dollars of deposits for years across all of their brands without issue and the amount that had the issue due to their processor mistake was roughly only about $35 to $75. When I explained to him that this was a mistake of their processor (THAT THEY WERE AWARE OF) and their customer service agent instructed me to do as I did and that I was only following the casino customer service instructions he simply said the decision was made and disconnected the call. And then did close all of my casino accounts across all of their sister brands. Absolutely despicable behavior and to this day I still cannot log in!(Note: I do still have the evidence of the instructions from the CSR as stated above as well that was also ignored)jwoods03

Well I signed up and got a $20 bonus to start. It had some of the usual rules. No bets over $10. 40x playthrough. Which is simply STUPID!! Normally I would not even play at a casino that asks for this kind of unrealistic goal but I was board. Also a max payout of $200. So I killed it. I was over $3000 when I smoked the playthrough. I was ready to get my $200. So I went to support and was given the verification requirements. At this point all was well. They seemed responsive and friendly. After I did everything other then deposit which is a real stark indication of shady activity I was told I signed up at a sister casinos two years ago using a different address. One that was my girlfriends only the unit was not correct. So I asked for proof. They said sign in and use forgot password as all the info is the same as what I have on the site I won on. So I did. It goes to a blank white screen. Ill admit I have signed up for so many casinos. But I have not used a false address. Simply put they set one up with my info. The goal was to not pay me. I didnt press the issue. Not all money is good money and this place is not a safe place to give out any information or ever give money to. They absolutely cheated me and lied. They pay you in prize redemptions and its immediately done. You are not tricked and cheated. Theres many social casinos or sweeps casinos. Places like this are not even legal. Dont trust them.
