After being lied to time and time again regarding withdrawals. I can safely say I have no confidence that good faith is anywhere within this casino. Absolutely impossible to contact anyone affiliated with casino. Absolutely impossible to get a straight answer from support. They will gas light you to no end. They will block you for 24 hours for asking about withdrawal times. Some withdrawals will post within a day if they are under $200. If not plan on waiting a week as they will try and stall you and siphon that money back. If you collect another nice session while waiting for withdrawal? They will delay further if you revert withdrawal. This endless cycle is absurd. If you play legitimate amounts tough Im not sure if they will pay anything over $1000. Games awesome. Platform awesome. After submitting a withdrawal request I was having to follow up for three days getting told that it was being reviewed. On the third day after many chats and emails I was told it was being confirmed thru the game providers and then I received an email stating that I have multiple accounts which I DO NOT and THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH THIS OTHER ACCOUNT since there is no other account. I am very disappointed and warn others about this. I’ve been using ritzslots for over a year ; I have given them all of my money the one time I won a substantial amount and tried withdrawing ($5k) I am getting the same exact story as these others on here. It’s so frustrating and so upsetting knowing I’ve blown so much money on this casino and never knew that I was never going to get the funds back if I did decide to cashout. You know I might have written my own reviews here because I havent had too much luck with the machines but Ive read constantly how they dont pay out over and over again and thats a blatant lie cuz Ive been paid out probably over 10 times since Ive played there without an issue Within 24 hours usually within an hour so all these people that are saying that are just blowing smoke and you know maybe stop trying to withdraw so high amount you know there are limits to how much you can withdraw at once but I could stick up for them on this part they do pay out so dont take that one to the head people

No response from management for a month.

I sent management an email almost a month ago. Since then I have sent several more emails. Not a single one of them was ever answered. When I get on the live chat and then ask Support about them they always say they are going to follow up and to please give it more time. I cannot believe it has been almost a month and I have not heard from them. I will never make another deposit on here again. You will never get to talk to a manager and you’ll never get a response to your emails.

Please please please lower their score. I had been waiting three months for a 7000 payout with the same daily response- compliance team was waiting for the game company to review. Than thy blocked me from even being able to get on the chat. Out of 49 emails not one was responded to. Out of 3 months of almost daily requests to speak with a supervisor none was ever available. They used to payout when I requested small payouts. Now that I’ve requested a payout over $650 I get different excuses every day why it takes time but no clear timeline. The excuses are copy and paste and it’s funny they don’t even remember which lie they’ve given in the previous chat. Horrible experienceI would not recommend anyone else to deposit to this casino who wants fairplay.Ritzslots sent me offers on my email which i accepted in good faith but it turned out to be just a way to collect deposits.I won 3833$ which they did not pay out.So i made a complaint against them on a third party platform.They was asked for an explanation to why they did not pay out any winnings to which they refused to answer and the case against them resulted as unresolved.There are plenty other online casino to choose from so my advice is to actually deposit to a casino that pay out as well if you win.

Long payout time

I have been playing at this site for about seven months now and I’ve never really had any issues until now. I have requested a payout of a $800 and normally my payouts go smoothly. I have the payout within about an hour but I guess now because the amount is much more than I’ve ever Requested. I have not gotten it even though the site says one instant payout per day per customer which is apparently not true I have contacted the chat several times and they have not given me any answer. They keep giving me a runout and telling me that there is a delay in payments volume is high and they will get to it when they can. I would like to receive my money as the website states one instant payout per day and if there is some other type of procedure that has to happen because it’s over a certain amount then maybe they should state that on the website.
