I loved this site. Never had any issues until yesterday. Ive been winning and cashing out and discovered they dont like that. Literally told me I wasnt getting any more bonuses on my deposits. Said I dont need them. They said its not a financial benefit for them to give me a bonus and then I win and cash out. What ? LolThey offered me 45X playthrough or no bonus at all on any future deposits at which I wasnt happy of course and stressed that so they locked my account. So my advise is dont win or theyll shut you down. Unbelievable lol

So audit team besides only give me $1900 even though I had hit over 10 you can only cash out 3000 a week on the cash out $2500 at a time.. and Ive submitted several documents with my address that matches my drivers license and verification is still giving me trouble.. Had to meet a 700 wager requirement to be able to withdraw the winnings and did exceed it and got it up $1400 when I withdraw the money I get an email saying exceeded withdrawal limit of $160. And the rest of the $1400 just disappeared. I highly do not recommend this site

Red Stag ate up over 100 of my money and even though I won I could not cash out because of some BS.Dont bother playing the slots you wont win even if it says you have.Thieves and liars. Lucky to have gotten the 1 star cause if they had had a minus I would have put negative 100

Terrible selection of games. These are so dull and they have to be programmed the way every game has to use 20$ before you start seeing any sort of return. And even then these slots just eat your money.

Redstag has possibly the best customer service out of all the casinos I play with--and I play with a lot. they give generous bonus even if u forgot to choose a bonus or couldnt make ur up at the time and u play all of ur money--they can still load a bonus post play.the only gripe I have is that cashouts arent instant like other casinos and but the bonus policy and the great selection of games that arent offered anywhere else make up for that. they also have daily free tournaments that you can win money on!!!

I wouldnt say it is or has been great but I do like the low Bitcoin deposit and the free tournaments with the low rebuys the variation of games are pretty descent. My only dissatisfaction with the whole system is the verification process Ive tried numerous times with no luck old drivers license will not show clear enough to pass but overall red stag is my# 3rd favorite casino.

I used a free chip and won 3000 I was told they don’t pay more then 160 if you win using a free chip. I went to cash out the 160 and after that audit my money didn’t go into my bank so I did a redeposit and requested a check after a week and a half I asked where the check was and they said they have to audit the 160 first and I asked why since it already had the audit and got no straight answer for why again when they told me 14 days prior my check would be mailed by 7th day. I complained and was written back I should be happy it was off of free play. I wasted my time here .They seem to have a problem with pay outs and not wanting to pay.
