80700 Repayment Confirmed in Writing — Still Not Paid

RealSpin has failed to pay CAD $80700 that they admitted in writing was taken in error after my self-exclusion request.On May 21 2025 I submitted a formal self-exclusion request due to gambling harm. Despite this RealSpin continued to accept deposits totaling CAD $80700.On August 18 and August 27 2025 RealSpin acknowledged in writing that these deposits were accepted in error and confirmed that repayment would be processed.An independent review by Casino.Guru confirmed that repayment had been promised and was owed.Since that time there has been no payment.Live chat support now states that no timeline can be provided the case is “under review” and they are unable to take further action. I continue to be redirected between departments with no resolution despite prior written confirmation that repayment would be completed.This is not a delay. This is a failure to honor a confirmed repayment.Legal counsel has now issued a formal demand for repayment and further action will follow if this is not resolved.I am simply asking RealSpin to honor what they have already admitted and confirmed in writing.

Save your money the whole site is a scam I won a sum of 101 euros on their Superpot for football Several Hours Later they resettled it to 2.52 euros I already withdrew the 101 euros and was forced to do a KYC Check which I successfully completed.
