I’ve not had a problem. Yes have to follow the rules I first deposited with Apple Pay. But can’t withdraw with Apple Pay so gave a bank card still couldn’t withdraw said had to pay with same bank card to withdraw so put in a 10er then said still couldn’t withdraw coz not spent enough on said card. So did a few spins and was able to withdraw. Said 1-3 business days was a Saturday and withdrawn on the same day few hrs. Won 3 times after and withdrew on the same day. I did upload a selfie and pic of my drivers license but that’s standard these days. Overall I’m up. Yes £2.50 withdraw but the interface and total experience id say was better than say sky like the reward bonus’s free spins was all out then won £12 on free spins to carry on and won £70 so can live with the £2.50 charges to withdraw.
