Where do I even begin with this place. Depositing takes seconds but withdrawing takes an eternity. I requested $750 over two weeks ago and the status has not changed once. They clearly hope you will get frustrated and just keep playing instead of cashing out. The support agents are polite I will give them that. But politeness does not help when they cannot actually do anything. Every request gets escalated to a team that apparently does not exist because I never hear back from them. The only positive thing I can say is that they taught me to always read the terms first.

The chat agent told me there is a queue and they process in order. How is a 23-day queue acceptable in any industry? I accepted a bonus without fully reading the terms which is my fault. But the terms are deliberately written to be confusing. After wagering over $1500 I still had not cleared the requirement. When I asked support to explain the math they could not give me a straight answer. Two months wasted. Lesson learned the hard way.

I tried to withdraw $100 and was told I needed to verify my identity first. Fair enough. Sent my passport utility bill and bank statement. A week later they said the utility bill was not recent enough. Sent a new one. Another week of silence. Stay far away unless you enjoy frustration empty promises and unanswered support tickets.

Where do I even begin with this place. Accepted what they called an exclusive VIP bonus. Turns out every player gets the same offer. The exclusivity was a marketing lie. The wagering requirements were still 30x and the eligible games list was tiny. Their support hours are supposedly 24/7 but every time I try to reach them outside of European business hours the chat is offline. When it is online the wait time is over 45 minutes. For a platform that handles real money this is embarrassing. Stay far away unless you enjoy frustration empty promises and unanswered support tickets.

EW bets hard to place

I found it difficult at times to place my bets due to the app freezing! On 2 races I thought I had done an ew bet only to find out after the race when I was not paid that they were to win. I think the ew box should stand out more. Other than that it was a good experience.
