I am a German resident officially self-excluded within the OASIS system. Despite my exclusion 24Slots allowed me to register verify deposit and play as a VIP customer. I lost €245 while self-excluded. The platform did not protect me and violated its responsible gambling obligations. I have filed official complaints.
