I am writing to formally notify you that your company is operating illegally by offering gambling services to Dutch residents without a license from the Dutch Gambling Authority (Kansspelautoriteit – KSA). As such you are not authorized to accept players from the Netherlands and any deposits I have made with your company are unlawful under Dutch law.I hereby demand a full refund of all deposits I have made. Please be advised that I have already engaged legal representation to recover these funds. To date instead of addressing this matter appropriately your company has responded with threats based on Dutch law which are both unfounded and unacceptable.I urge you to resolve this matter amicably and without delay. Should you fail to comply I will have no choice but to proceed with further legal action which may result in more severe consequences for your company.

Previously asked a global exclusion on the Damagi brand casinos but operator has not inplemented the ban at all. Casino is under Cucarao license and they seems to do absolotely zero checks for casinos so. I would list this as a criminal casino operator. Bank anti money laundering team has been involved.
