I played with punt and chance social casino for the last 2 years I got to tear level of gold used to win quite often on this site then about 6 months ago I noticed the games seem to just lose lose lose lose and then if you hit its very small its like the games changed and Ive been playing quite a while without any reason after they requested me to send copies of all my credit cards bank cards any financial I had statements of any card I used on their site to make a purchase I said no they restricted my account both chance and punt casino told me to contact customer service when I did they wanted financial statements of everything Ive ever used on there which is none of their damn business when I agreed to provide two different statements not just proof ownership but statements of an account that I used on there I provided it they threatened to close my account if I did not do so then they closed my account after I provide the information punt and chance casino are straight up thieves I saw their greediness at a slow pace until it got 100%. This one is tough. Alot to like but its declining with time. The good: super fast and simple redemption process. Fantastic game variety. Great live dealers. Lots of promotional activities. The bad: speaking of the promos if you win a promotional amount it will require TEN yes 10x!!! Play through before becoming redeemable!!! ABSURD!! ALL SC even that which you straight up purchase requires 3x play through (not just bonus amount All of it!) That is a fairly recent update to their terms and gives you an idea of the general direction the company is going. They also are having alot more technical glitches which they dont really acknowledge or address with any urgency. So far none of the glitches are miraculously beneficial for players im sure they would be all over that. Their customer service is a joke it is not live by any means and ive messaged live support and waited 26 hours for response. You cant close or generate tickets so you can get stuck on their watch of reply whenever they want then closing the the chat out making you have to repeat or take many steps and wait again. They dont seem to read or comprehend issues that you bring up and put little effort into offering resolution. I try to get a general idea of each sites geral attitude and frankly how sketchy they intend to be by actually reading their terms of service punt was on the lower end of sketchy until the recent play through requirement change but what I noticed about their terms of service vs others is they are straight up aggressive and almost threatening when it comes to them getting paid. Lets put it this way they make it very well known if you dispute a charge or dont have sufficient funds for a purchase they will aggressively hunt you down and do everthinf within their power to penalize and make sure you are punished. The rest is your typical they can basically modify whatever they want and change terms yada yada bs but I must say they use alot if intimidation in their jargon compared to other sites but of course still cover their ass 100% if they want to mess with your prize redeeming amounts and account status. There is alot of good and bad with this site hard to not play because off those good features. But quality of the site and gameplay is decreasing combine that with a lack of support acknowledgement or response to already loyal players I feel they have lost focus on what matters for sustainability and eventually their greed and lazy processes will destroy what was once my favorite social gaming site

Though i will say io have deposited and withdrawed plenty of money successfully. Out of nowhere right after i deposit more money they lock my account. Support tells me that i will have to wait on Admin to contact me. two days later i can not get a response from support and have heard nothing from admin and my deposit is just stuck in the account.Starting to feel like i got scammed or maybe since i was winning too much they cut me off stole my deposit on both of their sites (other site is Chanced Casino) and decided to just ghost. So unprofessional and support knows they are scamming cause they want nothing to do with the complaints. Up until this point the site was okay. I started small to play it safe. When i withdraweld later my winnings removed as they say i played a game excluded feom the coupon rules. I think they tell u you can continue to play and dont tell u coupon rules in play so that u must cancell withdrawel and play and then later to keep your winnings so they can make money mislead u on perpouse to loose everthing scammers

Dishonest company

I would have given a five star review but u guys really let me down on my max win. Should have been 10800 sc and you guys cut it off at 1300 sc and said max win per spin. Then why would the game advertise such a high max win? 333x33x33 and my line hit was only .03 sc.

They wont pay out. They asked me for my social security card right after my redemption said it went through but didnt. I had to go to ssa office and get one. Unreasonable. I was verified already. Clearly a way to keep peoples winnings who dont have their card. None of the 75 sweeps casinos ive made withdrawals from has asked for a social security card. They dont take a drivers license. Birth certificate. So even after I got my card they still wont payout. They keep sending me a link but I just connect my bank account through this verification company Ive never even heard of.
