Low customer service. Spent 20k euros and only godt a 40 euro freebet. Would stay away from this casino compared to others

Made alot of deposits one 50eur deposit didnt go through but it was withdrawn from my bank. Now prontobet wants the banks statement to be able to refund my money even though they know exactly which transaction it is. Terrible experience and they now lost one customer.
