Played mostly the free promotions then decided to deposit it wasn’t much £20 but when to play the game got message ‘casino games unavailable’ no problem I’ll just withdraw my £20 (I’ve already passed all checks) You can’t withdraw to the bank you’ve just deposited from gives no other optionsMessage support numerous times over last three days no reply! Stay clear if you want a stress free interaction

€10 Withheld

€10 was stolen from me by PokerStars possibly €20 based on these reviews. I put in €20 played €10 tried to withdraw €10 at which point they said I need to play it first. I dont know if I entered my username or password incorrectly but very quickly I realized my account was frozen. In my spam folder I received a security email from PokerStars requesting proof of address and photo ID. After sending these I received nothing back. 3 working days later I got 4 potential email addresses for PokerStars (none of which are listed on their site) and emailed all of them. I got a return email from one saying I now need to take a photo of me holding my ID close to my face. Should I wear a clown hat too? This is a joke. Are they selling personal data to AI companies or other scamming companies? This site stinks of fraud. Absolutely no need for such ridiculous requests. This company is doing whatever it likes with no accountability or independent or government oversight. I was lucky to leave only €10 in my a/c but I would happily keep my integrity and walk away from the group of corrupt people who run and operate PokerStars. My advice considering the overwhelming complaints and my personal experience is to steer clear of PokerStars (and possibly similar sites too unfortunately)

From my experience an absolute nightmare and avoid.Issue attempting to withdraw my own funds.Warning when company creates barriers to prevent withdrawal of own funds and extremely poor levels of customer service!Also believe software very questionable again safer platforms available - Enjoy gambling just not with these.

Joined years ago never had a problem withdrawing funds ie 4000 dollars earlier this year. Anyone who says the games are rigged is just a crap player. If you think some bad beats are unreal try watching some live poker you donkeys.

Account closed after jumping all the identy checks

I thought Id say my experience with poker Stars. Total shit show. I submitted all the documents they requested which was literally handing over my identity. They unfroze my account only for it to be permanently shut down a week later with no email prior to inform me. Also I had under a £100 in my account. Avoid this platform at all cost to save yourself headache going forward.

Every week my account gets put with the Anti Fraud team regarding a VPN which I am not using. Then submit my details and wait 30 whole hours for them to be reviewed. Joke of a gambling site. My PokerStars UK account was restricted…

My PokerStars UK account was restricted immediately after I deposited money. I previously had an older account (which I can’t access anymore) so I created a new one in good faith. Instead of helping me verify and resolve this PokerStars have kept (Saying they have froze) ALL my funds and stopped responding.I’ve emailed and tried chat multiple times with no meaningful response. There’s no phone support or clear escalation path. This is unacceptable for a UK-licensed operator — customers should not be left without access to their own money.Please contact me and resolve this now — either restore my account access or refund my deposits to the original payment method.Username: NakzzzzzThis experience has destroyed my trust. Until PokerStars resolves this it feels indistinguishable from a scam.Ive emailed their support team with the ID proof but they keep on sending automated replies first saying my account is active (which is not) and on another thread I need to submit ID documents again (which I have done more than 10 times now - on their website app and also over email).

Its a leggit SCAM. After registration they ask deposit. You pay deposit and than they block your account. Asking for verification Wich not possible to do with no access to account. Sending you very suspicious phishing email with request of very sensitive personal information. They just take your money. There is no game.

Withdrawing money impossible because of KYC hell

When I tried to withdraw my money they asked for KYC again and Ive been in an account verification loop since. Ive submitted my document many times over on the website over email and through their 3rd party KYC partner but my account is still not verified. Impossible to speak with an actual person when reached out to customer support and all the emails they send you are generic and usually dont apply to your situation!
