Delayed by 3 weeks no refund or discount
Delayed by 3 weeks with no update arrived after the event and therefore no use to us. We tried to contact them for several weeks via different contact methods with no reply until a few days before we needed them. We requested a refund as we had not be told that they would be delayed. Then they said it was too late as they had made them and they would be shipped soon.

Rip-off delivery. Price not as advertised.
A rip off. Not only did the £34 shipping take longer than advertised there was another £80 of customs and tax charges that werent billed to me until days AFTER Id made the purchase. Not fair. The full cost should have been transparent at the point of purchase.
