I have contacted customer support several times by email and via live chat without receiving a single reply.When it comes to depositing money everything works perfectly. However as soon as you need assistance or have a request there is simply no response.I find this very concerning for a platform that handles real money.To this day despite multiple attempts I still have no news from the support team.

Complete scam!! Was playing a game and free spins hit & it went over 500× and was still climbing. Game kicked me out & when I went back in they had restarted. Instead of playing in case new results were given I contacted customer support. After waiting 5 days they contacted me saying no inconsistencies. Thats it no explanation. But now Ive logged back in all my funds have disappeared and they have deleted my gaming history. Complete scam avoid at all costs!!!

Absolute Scam Casino.Slowest payouts in the casino world.The only casino i know where you play through 20k in a few days and your vip level goes down you ask why and noone can explain it other than thats just how the system works.Ran up to 12k and they would only let me withdraw $800 every 3 days taking 45 days total to cashout. Live chat are all the same everytime you speak to someone they tell you its change of shift and you get passed onto someone else.Play here at your own risk but dont say you havent been warned about how poor this casino is.

Any attempt to withdraw doesnt happen. Max amount per day is tiny even if I got anything back which I obviously didnt. Nearly 2500€ I thought I would get nothing. Cant set limits myself at all. Live chat is unable to close my account and sending email does nothing after contacting live chat again they might reply but they just ask me to double confirm I want to self exclude I reply to confirm but they dont react to the second message at all. This site is absolute garbage. You wont get winnings or service. Responsible gambling is a term this site has never heard of. Keep getting marketing emails.

If you read this save yourself the annoyance of this site as there are much better ones to play on. Trying to withdraw is a nightmare. Decided to test it out and wish I stay with my trusted provider which I will now. They must have no staff as trying to withdraw money can take over a week. My usual one is the same day. Learn from my mistake and go to casino chan as they will pay out within hours. Terrible terrible site.

At first tried to deposit using Visa card but they had removed the option ! My friend referred my using the visa deposit only 1 week ago! Then they recommended using alternative methods such as PAY ID Apple Pay ( which also isn’t even a payment method on their site!!!) then tried Neosurf and that too doesn’t work. Not happy at all the email states to try alternative methods but they arnt even in the list of deposits options and don’t get me started on neosurf Ffsk they’re completely useless too. All other alternatives I don’t have like bitcoin and other crypto and I don’t have Mastercard .So I’ll play my pokies the old fashioned way ….. at the pub or goto a casino and play poker instead
